Great Hotel

Great hotel with all the amenities you need close to everything but quiet. Nam the manager goes out of his way to help book anything you need and looked after us well during our stay. Would book again if Im back in Cat Ba.

We had a pleasant, easy, relaxing stay at CatBa View it was nice to be away from big city hustle. Would recommend this p

We had interconnecting rooms which were clean and comfortable. Our room had a little balcony. The location was a quick walk to eating places, markets and beach. Mr Nam was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our bag had gone missing and he instantly got on the phone to 3 bus companies to find it while we drank our welcome drink. He helped us with motorbikes. On Christmas Day he gave us special treats. The breakfasts had a lot of variety from western bacon and eggs, toast, fresh fruit, to Vietnamese soup, fried rice and noodles. The server was attentive, friendly and helpful and kept the buffet well presented. Mr Nam immediately got maintenance in to sort out a heater issue and checked it was working. The rooms are very clean and neat. The staff are all polite and courteous.

The host were absolutely amazing! The breakfast is really great and the room comfortable and perfectly clean. We extended our stay in Catba View Hotel. We were also able to book tours, transfers and scooters directly at the lobby. The staff is so nice !

We loved our time at Catba View Hotel. The room was so spacious, the bed and pillow so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We also appreciated the laundry service and the transportation they arranged for us from Hanoi to Cat Ba and from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh. We also got a tour of Ha Lan Bay booked through the hotel, which was great fun. All the staff was always very kind and welcoming. We felt very spoiled. Location was also great for us. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent stay at CatBa View Hotel

We had an excellent stay at Cat Ba View hotel. This accomodation is an incredible value for money. Rooms are clean, and breakfast was good with great variety. The staff is attentive and will arrange everything so you can have a great stay. They've helped us book our transportation to Hanoi.

The rooms are great with brand new equipments. The beds are clean and confortable. The area is quiet. Breakfast was good with various dishes. This is a small but great hotel for that price!

Great stay, strongly advised!

- very friendly and supportive staff - good breakfast, with variation between the days - very comfortable bed - good location - good price - we received help with our luggage and we received water when we left. Really appreciated!

Further improve the hygiene (a bit of dust here and there), but that is all.

nice basic hotel, rooms clean, staff lovely, ticked the boxes for what we needed

we enjoyed our stay here, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was ok, the rooms were clean, it was as expected for the level of the hotel we chose to book. It was only a short walk from the beaches and main front area of Cat Ba.
