Overall it was a good comfortable hotel with a wonderful staff.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful in booking any tours or buses needed.

Like most showers in Vietnam/Asia there is nothing seperating the shower from toilet etc. the bathroom is completely soaked after a shower and didn't dry overnight.

Friendly staff and great location.

Friendly staff that ensured we had a breakfast before our very early check out. Our room had two beds which was comfy. Off the main strip so away from the tourist traps but still in a nice lively street with great restaurants and little shops. Breakfast is simple but fresh.

Nothing wrong, but the bathroom is a wet-room (toilet @ shower dont have separators) so ensure you have a pair of indoor shoes to use when going to the toilet etc.

Comfortable and tidy, great breakfast

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Great location. Staff were very helpful.

No heating in room. Air conditioning only does cooling......which is not ideal when the temperature is 10c.

Helpful Staff and clean rooms!

Very nice and clean place! The receptionist Dinh was really helpful and friendly: She arranged a boat tour for US, rented a motorbike and arranged a Bus Ticket to Ninh Binh. All the prices were really fair. Moreover she recomended us a really good Homestay in Ninh Binh and booked it for us as well for a better price than o Booking.com. Thank you very mich :)

The breakfast is really basic but as it is included, it's fine. The motorbike we rented was in a bad condition (very noisy, could not see the speed) but it worked :)
