Great staff, best shower, excellent breakfast!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was excellent - close to town but was in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious- an assortment of Vietnamese classics and basics like eggs and fruit salad. And we had the best shower since being in the country.

We highly recommend staying here.

Its in a good location, off the main road but still in walking distance for anything. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is more than enough and varies day to day. The staff are lovely, particularly Hung ( the receptionist ) who is incredibly helpful with organising tours and other activities.

Exceptional place to stay!

Clean, modern, very helpful staff

Lighting in the rooms was unusual. Bright overhead lights and a very dim bedside lamp. You had either daylight or a dim night light. Also apparently no TV channels, just internet TV. Also so big deal.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. It has laundry service, motorbike rental, tour booking etc. for good prices. The room is very clean and cozy and the rain shower is such a bliss after a lot of questionable bathroom experiences. The location is great as well, close to a lot of restaurants and bars along the same street.

The atmosphere in the hotel is so nice. Beautiful modern and comfortable room with a really good shower. The bed was also very cozy. We liked the breakfast a lot, especially the pancakes. They change it up a bit everyday but the basics like pancakes and toast or noodles and stuff stay the same. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitiv recommend!

Most clean and cozy hotel in Vietnam

Me and my mother really loved the hotel, especially because it was very clean and silent. The room was perfect, full of light and very ordered. The position was great and the breakfast had many options.

I would suggest the employees to improve their English. Communication is very important and it was hard to be understood

Nice clean room, little further away from main noise street.

Room was clean and spacious. The laundry service was cheap (40k/kg) and very good. Air con was ok, so was the bathroom (which unlike some reviews say was clean and good, without any problems with drain and hot water).

The coffee served with breakfast is disgusting. I've informed the hotel that they need to stop serving it from american-style glass pots on the stoves and use a different type of coffee. Just do the vietnamese standard filtered coffee and store it in thermoses.
