Experience Rome walking

The location is probably one of the best in Rome. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Medici House are all within 5-10 min walk. The Barberini metro station is 20m away, which allows you to go to the train station and all other parts of Rome. Colosseum is only a 10 min train station away. The rooms are clean, good size and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English well.

It is a bit on the expensive side, however if location and cleanliness are important to you this is your best bet. Also the staff is not there 24/7. The staff is there 7AM - 11PM, but there is an emergency number.

The location of the hotel is very good. He can reach everywhere by walking. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The concept was simple and stylish. Cabinets were sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff, offered advice on sights, routes and dining.

Very clean, well designed conversion from monastery.

Confusion during booking about number of persons in each room (we had 2 rooms for 2 couples, but booked triple rooms when no doubles were available. I indicated 2 people in room during booking, but it did not get conveyed. They started to put 3 people in 1 room and 1 person in 2nd room). Reception took care of it quickly, though.

My stay at Casa I Cappuccini met all my needs during my visit to Rome until I inquired with the Hotel Receptionist to confirm airport transport options. Anthony claimed ignorance about bus, and metro schedules to Termini and the Leonardo Express. He stated that I could use the hotel shuttle to the airport for Euro 75. Later that same afternoon I visited reception and a different employee was on duty who clearly laid out all transport options including the shuttle to the airport priced at Euro 60. The passenger is asked to pay in cash. Beware of the price scam between hotel receptionists in collusion with the hotel shuttle ( i.e. taxi) driver.

Superb

Very close to the train station. Nice neighborhood. there was vending machine for drinks at the lobby, which is very helpful if you ran out of water and it's raining outside or too late. The receptionist who welcomed us was very nice, helpful and informative.

The room was a tad bit small with the luggage but the closet was spacious enough to keep most stuff there so they're out of the way.
