Superb

Very nice house away from the touristic crowds in a nice village with very nice square and several caffes and restaurants. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming people and made everything possible for us to have a great holiday.

Good location for exploring the island

The place was very nice to stay if you plan to visit the island. You will have approximately the same distance (time) to visit locations on each side (coast) of Mallorca. The apartment was spacious but only some rooms might be use to sleep in. Nice patio - some plants and table to seat and eat. Parking on the street but no problem with finding a place to park. Good communication with the owner of the apartment. Beautiful beach in 15 min driving. Washing machine and dishwasher working good - in use every day.

We had invasion of ants during our stay. :( Very noisy in the morning in the bedroom on the ground floor (street noise). Air Conditioning only in one bedroom and the living room - it was very hot in the bedroom on the ground floor at night.

Nice Property in a quiet town. Everything you would need for a short stay is available. Free street side parking at the door, conveniently located to explore the norther part of the island by car. Nicely furnished and quite patio. Friendly hosts. Good value for money. I would recommend staying there if its good value.

One Bedroom has no window to the outside (glass door to the living room). Only once bedroom (upstairs) has air conditioning. The bathrooms have no windows and no real vents.

Our stay at Sa Pobla

Good location! Only 1/2 an hour from Palma and very convenient to visit the north of the island. Sa Pobla is a quiet and peaceful town. The house is spacious and comfortable, decorated in traditional Spanish style. A place where you feel at home. The patio is a lovely place for breakfasts and evening dinners. Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Miquel and Margarita, but they were very friendly and helpful and communicated well with us.

The house is on the outskirts of the town but the center is actually really pleasant. We appreciated the air conditioning, but its a pity two of the rooms did not have any AC (or fans), as it was very hot at night. It seems that the heat also affected the functioning of the WIFI.
