How far the reception is from the rooms and how you cant get help when checking and out. You have to walk through casinos to get to your room which isnt appropriate with children

The room was upgraded to a larger one, with a massive bathroom. Location of the Caesar is good, right on the strip and could walk to most of the attractions we decided to visit.

So we paid extra in the original reservation for the strip view, we were quite excited to see the lights at night. We're travelling to Vegas for our belated honey moon so paying extra for the strip view was going to be a treat to ourselves. We were upgrade to a bigger room and was promised a "great view from our room." When we entered the room, we realized that we were placed in the very back end of the hotel, over looking mostly the highway and the barren unopened pool courtyard below. We didn't like the view at all and had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. Also, the main casino areas smelled like one whole giant cigarette. I got a massive headache from the second hand smoke. If I were to come back to Vegas I wouldn't choose to stay at Caesar again or would probably come during the off season instead of Christmas/New Years.
