Fab overnight visit in brighton

Richard was so friendly and accommodating when greeting us, location was fab and such a good price for the room. Even had a mini fridge in the room. Cant fault it :)

A great few days on Brighton

We were greeted at the door by Richard the owner. Lovely to be given lots of useful information. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely room in a great part of Brighton with Restaurants and pubs on the doorstep and the sea very close. Room was lovely and clean and it was a very short walk into town and the lanes. What a great stay we had .

We couldn't find a fault , obviously car parking on Brighton will always be an issue but we used the train.

Perfect place for our long weekend

The room #1 is amazing. Very spacious well presented, plenty of storage, bags of style. The four poster bed very comfortable. Richard is super helpful- do listen carefully to his recommendations on things to see and do in Brighton.

Comfort and luxury with a great welcome.

Comfortable bed, lovely design of the room - white and gold four-poster; the room had a little seating area to relax in, and the linen was beautiful and of high quality. The just, Richard, was extremely friendly and welcoming, and advised us about cheap parking areas and good places to eat. We took all his advice and it really enhanced our stay.

The location isnt great, but this doesnt matter. The place is wonderful and makes up for it in spades.
