    Surprisingly well equipped for a small room. Excellent location and perfect to crash in after a night out on the town.
    The heating was a little bit iffy but we got it figured out in the end.

    We love One Broad Street! We had stayed there one time before, the location was great, it is close to the ocean and the rooms are the perfect size and cute.
    This time I was disappointedthe heat was basically nonfunctional in our room, it was about 55 degrees F in our room and about 34F outside. Management said they would turn the heat up remotely but the room did not get any warmer. The hot water in our room also did not work, so we werent able to shower. I am not planning to come back to One Broad next year unfortunately, even though I had previously enjoyed staying the year before.

    Great room & location but some flaws
    Lovely modern room in a great location. Great communication and easy access. Comfy beds
    Shower was non existent. Hardly any water coming out of shower head, needs upgrading.

    Some guests were smoking weed which did smell the property and halls out a bit.

    Great location, comfy rooms and super lovely, helpful staff. Definitely staying again!
    Staff were absolutely fantastic and loved the location and rooms very comfortable!
