In a word- great

Close to the sea and the walk parade Great breakfast, for me there was an absence of vegetables Clean, comfortable The hosts were magnificent- nice, warm and very communicative Old and cute guesthouse

There is no elevator so its hard to go with big luggage

Excellent location, quiet and very clean!

Great location! Very clean and welcoming. Considering how central the property is it was very quiet. Good value for money, I don't think I'd ever choose anywhere else to stay now!

The owners were so friendly and helpful, they helped us with parking in the area as it can be difficult. The room has everything we needed and luckily had a fan as it was a very hot weekend. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic hosts. Spotlessly clean. Great quality throughout.

Hosts were fantastic. We received a warm, friendly, helpful welcome. Room spotlessly clean, bright with great attention to detail and good quality linen/towels/products etc. convenient location to walk into Kemptown or the centre if Brighton.

The room was perfectly quiet from within the guest house, but because of the extreme temperature outside we needed to sleep with the window open so the noise of the traffic and some people was disturbing at night. This cant be helped the property is on a fairly busy road. A room at the back would be quieter.

Highly recommend; cozy, lovely, and beautiful!

Melina and Julie were lovely from start to finish, and truly make me feel so comfortable. I was solo traveling and it was my first time in the country, and they were so lovely and welcoming!

The only thing I would have loved in my room was a small chair to sit on for coffee/tea besides my bed. Not a negative by any means, but would have been even better!

The room I was in was perfect for a solo traveller, was clean and comfortable, and the property was in a great location,

It felt very homely, was spotlessly clean, and in a great location. The owners were really welcoming, gave me helpful info on good cafes and restaurants, and directions to The Old Market theatre.
