Superb

Super as before, and I will be back!

My go-to place for a solo New Year visit. Leo is an excellent and welcoming host.

Small gripe - the bathroom door did not shut and there was no fan in there. Not a huge issue for me on my own, but the room is actually a double, so I guess this would not be so good for a couple.

Lovely B&B

Leo was friendly and approachable. Room was clean, warm, no real road noise considering it's proximity to the prom and a couple of bars, lovely breakfast.

No down side at all. Perfect stay.

Great location, friendly staff and good value for money!

Good value for money, friendly staff, easy to enter/leave and was a great location!

Dont think the fridge was working and had a funny smell. Room was cold at times and so was the shower but it was fine :)

I will definitely go there again as it is better than any of the other hotels I have used in Brighto

I love a room with a window onto the seashore. Leo was always helpful and friendly and the breakfast just right. Privacy, quiet. Warmth and an en suite shower room. Perfect.

The front door to the hotel needs attention as it sticks badly and I couldnt open it. That must be a fire risk. Otherwise all perfect.

Great hotel in perfect location

Owner was super friendly and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable, fantastic location, good value for money.

As is always the case with hotels down here, you could hear neighbours conversations crystal clear. The walls in this property were particularly thin. Not much space in room either but didn't spend much time there so not a problem.
