Very good

The property is located in the middle of a farm, it's a beautiful place to be if you intend to spend some quality time with yourself and your loved ones outside the chaos of Darjeeling.

The room that we were allocated was really small. Although i understand, if you come with a larger group, you can always avail the bigger room.

Very nice accommodation in cold Darjeeling

Very nice guesthouse of an extraordinary commited family. Spacious room with hot shower. Very nice garden with mountain view from the rooftop. Nice food from their own garden. Nice Christmas Party on 24th of december at the fireplace

It was winter and the accommodation didn't have a heater in the rooms, only bed heating, so that was not what we expected. The beds were ok, but hard.

Nice stay in nature with friendly family and night bonfire

It is big property, with bonfire, garden, small house to eat (they cook delicious homefood). The location is very peaceful, little away from the noisy and dirty city of Darjeeling itself. From here you can walk to teashop next to plantation or even waterfall. It is however very hilly and to reach the place you need to walk down some stairs, so if you have problems with walking or knees, would not recommend. From the garden in the resort you can follow small path along the hill - 200m along it you can find perfect spot to watch the Himalayas (if clouds will allow).

Matrass was very hard (for our taste) and also we did not get a room with a view. Rooms are rather simple, and cold (only electril blanket as heating), if you travel in winter time. So do you take pyjama and warm clothes.

Lovely and cozy homestay with its own vegetable farm.

Every aspect of this property and the hosts is recommendable.On a lovely morning if you are lucky enough, the whole Kanchenjunga range is visible from the property. Homely food was exceptional, Krishna and family even served us some of their Nepali delicacies on request. Nestled away from the hustle bustle of Darjeeling main town and close to Bloomfield Tea Garden.

Nothing to dislike !!! Only challenge was the stairs from main road down to the property for the elderly or people with mobility issues, but the hosts are always there to assist.

Beautiful and peaceful location with stunning views. Extremely helpful and kind host. Great home cooked food. Away from the noise and crowds of the central area of Darjeeling, and yet not too far away to easily visit the town.

Our stay was in a heaven of peace and love.

The best thing about this property is that it is away from the city noise and pollution. Set in beautiful nature the property offers a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. What makes your stay here really special is the heart connection you make with the people looking after your needs and wishes. I am touched by the genuine and hearty interaction with Mr. Arun, and his extended family. His brother Krishna cooked beautiful meals for us. Arunjis father who is in his nineties, was still supervising construction work at the property. He offered us bagfuls of Kiwis from his garden. You also get to eat fresh organic vegetables grown right there on the farm. We came back home with three large squashes from their garden. The property has lots of beautiful trees and many flowering plants and orchids. Our travel needs were mostly met by Mr. Chetan who speaks English. He is a very careful driver and always keeps the comfort of his passengers in mind. His charges are very reasonable and he doesnt overcharge you even if you are visiting from abroad. He knew that we were visiting from Canada but did not try exploit us. You dont need to negotiate the price with him but you need to book him in advance since he is very much in demand. Staying here, you kind of become a part of their family.
