Little things could be improved but overall pretty good. I will return.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Great location. Convenient. Makeup mirror was a nice touch.

Neighbors were very noisy until late in the night one night. Never happened before. Water pressure in shower goes in and out but overall useable. Nowhere to put shampoo in shower other than the floor. Bed mattress had sunken spot. Musty smell when first arrived.

Very good

OUr room was confortable. We were able to park our RV very close to our rooms. We were traveling with my sister and brother in law. The front desk person made sure we were together. Our dog was treated well and comfortable too. We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

My sister's room had a foul smelling top cover on the bed. Once we took it out the smell was gone. There was also spider webs in the corner she had to take of. HOwever they had a nice sleep and showers.

Disappointing stay at the only Best Western in Los Gatos

The breakfast buffet and breakfast buffet room were good, even for those with food allergies.

The swimming pool was a pond of a joke! The rooms looked newly renovated, but were not! Instead there were room carpets with mildew, dirty furniture, beds too large for the room size, stark shower stalls.... There are no microwave ovens in the rooms, only in the community breakfast room!

The location in Los Gatos is great, but surrounded by highways and only really approachable by car, so you can't go for a nice walk from the hotel without driving somewhere first.
