New Year in Santa Cruz

Easy check-in, good staff, good location

The heating system shut off repeatedly and there were no extra blankets. Also there was no more bread for breakfast.

The staff did everything to make us comfortable.

Front desk was extremely helpful. Location was superb. Parking was excellent. Breakfast goodies were left out after hours, and we were able to use the breakfast area for gift openings.

Room temperature was slow to warm up.

I like how close it is to the board walk thats it!!!

No control of heat me and my 9 old daughter were freezing had to sleep with four blankets and fully dressed . There was just an outlet box that said heater no control had no idea what the temperature was.

Superb

No vampires bothered us even though our open window was meters from the boardwalk

The Location is the big sell for this amazing little place.

Its sadly dated but its a property that gets only one season of travel lots so its not making a lot of money in order to give it a nearly mandatory update.
