Mismatched paint, water leaks, wobbly toilet, no toilet seat, no Lock on patio door, smell from heating unit

room had water bugs in bathroom. Parking a nightmare due to construction. Room very old.

The room was nice and spacious. There was easy access to the beach as well.
The parking on site is very limited. The staff made me aware of that at check in. They also directed me to the parking across the street.

Great view, comfortable bed, polite staff.
The location was great for a mini-getaway being right on the beach. Sunrise was amazing from the room and balcony.
Lack of parking on premises. No hours are listed for indoor pool and spa. Needs a bit more updating, but is to be expected for an older property.
