I will never use booking.com again. The hotel was going to allow me to cancel second night

Booking.com told me I needed to contact hotel but that was a lie. It was booking that wouldnt respond to me that you would refund my second night if I checked out early. NEVER use booking.com again. Horrific experience

breakfast was ok, nothing special, did have a good variety. location was great. tv had its issues. a little sprucing up of the rooms would be good, paint.

Very good

Except for the above, everything was fine

Very convenient to the highway. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious.

The only problem was that we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room. We were able to go to the front desk and get fresh towels and supplies

Disappointing

Hotel needs to spend some money on their staffing issues(housekeeping--pay them & they will show up!

Kudos must go to Ms Riggs - she was able to juggle multiple problems & several upset customers while holding her composure & she displayed immense professionalism. I suggest she be compensated if you plan on keeping her as a valued employee!

Check in was not available @2pm as promised, it was closer to 3 before we got in a room (due to lack of housekeeping) The room door wouldn't lock. One of the 2 mattresses was very old/lumpy. TV did not work. As we were leaving, we saw another guest showing Ms Riggs a bug they captured in their room.
