What an absolutely divine experience mostly due to the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. Super communicative before, arranged an airport pick up for me free of charge! I was astounded! A huge thank you. I would highly recommend.

Excellent conditions and wonderful staff made this a great experience.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Sushant, working on the service desk, helped us arrange a comfortable departure as our flight was late on in the day.

If youre going to get a late night cocktail at the bar make sure you make it a very simple one, probably neat.

Pleasant stay with unpleasant experiences

The rooms were clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. A special mention to front desk staff (Uddhav, Rita) for seamless check-in and Sarina at Mantra

We had an unpleasant experience at Mantra at dinner time where a loud group in inebriated state spoilt our evening. Manager was nowhere to be found and staff seemed helpless. There was an issue with our dinner order, where incorrect dish was served and there was a lot of confusion. Even at breakfast time, we asked for honey lemon which never arrived. :( The wake up call was scheduled for 9:00 AM. No one called!!

Fantastic stay in Kathmandu!

What a lovely place! Nice big cozy rooms, great food, good location - but most important - an strong and incredibly attentive team! So well taken care of!! I stayed almost 14 days total - and loved every minute.

Love Basera Boutique Hotel

Basera Boutique was a fantastic place to stay. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay there, from the welcome when we first arrive, to the rooms, to the very pleasant employees who helped us with what ever we needed. We would recommend it to anyone and everyone and will definitely stay there on our return to Kathmandu. Thank you Basera Boutique.

There wasn't anything i disliked. It was hoenstly a haven.
