Nice for family stay

Nice and small resort. The food is good. Staff are so so nice, and helpful. The pool is clean and nice.

You need to carry your luggage upstairs if your room is there.

All of the staff were so warm, friendly and hospitable. The room was fabulous and really clean, with stunning views of the courtyard and pool. Would go back anytime and recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay!

Disappointing

Surprise 3% extra charge and far from everything

At arrival we felt that the staff was surprised that we arrived. Even though it was not early but about 5pm. Parking was under some painting, so we had to park in the corner and there was no ramp for luggage but stairs. Passing through a restaurant, there was a reception and we got into our villa that was made of 2 interconnected rooms and 1 small terrace on ground floor. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was not a big buffet but nice fruits and quality omelette were worth the money. The location was disappointing as we didnt realize that you can not walk to the beach and neither to the city. There are no shops or anything at all. Its on top of a hill, so no walking. There werent many guests, so it was quiete. Overall for a few nights was ok since we had a car. However at checkout I was given one bill but when the owner saw my credit card, she printed another bill with 3% extra. Even though I explained that on Booking.com is not mentioned about the 3% charge, she just played as she cannot charge my card on booking (same card). Because I felt like not doing problems in front of other guests, I paid. She made me sign the bill as well. I contacted booking.com and after they contacted the property, they got back to me that the owner rejected to return the 3%.

Great value for money, the owner was lovely and breakfast was nice. Was going to rate it a 9.5 but in addition Jo's excellent service bumped it up to a 10

Unfortunately the location is a lil out of the way, owner helped with that but its something to be aware of. Walked to 7-11 one day but care at night there's some dogs and wouldn't recommend walking. Great if you have a scooter though

Hotel was awesome. 2 pools, good breakfast, amazing dinners. Room was clean and had all we needed, we also used laundry. We only bought breakfasts but ate best pad Thai and curry ever, so we ate dinners there every day, also desserts were delicious. First time ever I found hotel kitchen so good. Staff kind, friendly, helpful and professional, props for all good advice and organizing zipline and Muay Thai :) Owner is a top guy, looking after everything, top to bottom. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Great stay with great hospitality

The rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is removed from the busy streets of Chaweng beach so was really nice and quiet. The balconies and daybeds were great and had a view of the 2 pools. The pools are amazing. The breakfasts were really enjoyable with options for eggs, omelettes, pancakes and fried rice with eggs. Philipe, Joe and the staff were amazing and really accommodating and also really helpful with our itinerary as well as costs of transport to various places. The 3 dogs were a constant source of laughter every morning.

The place is perfect for someone with a scooter or a car. If you don't have your own transport, you have to accept that you'd need to pay a bit to get around. However, the Songtaews and rideshare apps are close at hand and not too expensive, even for a family of 4.

Superb

The fastest WIFI I ever had in an Hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet location, friendly staff. You need a motorbike to move around as it's located a bit uphill, but you will have absolutely quiet nights and not so many mosquitos (none in the room). I would definitely stay again.
