Exceptional

The staff are kind and supportive. We arrived late and easily checked in with the instructions that Mr Roger gave us. There were some complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge since we arrived late at night and couldn't go out shopping. This was a very warm welcome for us. The location is great and we went to almost all the attractions on foot because it was not far.

A nice enough place to stay in an AMAZING location.

* Amazing location - most of the main attractions are easily in walking distance. I felt safe here * Clean * Complementary slippers - lovely touch! * Complementary snacks and drinks in the fridge for our arrival * Easy check in and check out * Reasonable price compared to other places in Rome * Lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance * You can leave bags when checking out if you have a later flight

Mould in bathroom (damp) Radiator in bathroom didnt work - this was an issue because it was raining very heavily during our stay Curtain hangs down on window letting in light An attachment on the wall fell down just an hour after we got up on the last day. An hour earlier and it would have fallen on our heads! It was very light so would not have caused damage but still Picture provided. Safe wasnt easy to use. We couldnt get it to work and the owner did try to show us but we still couldn't figure it out

Really helpful and definitely accommodating. Rooms spotless and clean towels every day

Not the best of walks to the Spanish steps/trevi fountain area as you have to walk through a long tunnels with traffic wizzing past) but not a deal breaker

Great location, high value for money. Clean and spotless bed.

The location is excellent, in walking distance (30 minutes) of most of iconic sites in Rome. It was an ordinary room, and the property is not a hotel, but a decent independent room with helpful staff. The main reason to pick this place and will go back are the location and value for many. Uncomparable with the hotels in the area, about half to one third. The bonus was a small fridge with free water and drinks in th efirst day.
