Superb

Everything was exceptional, especially staff :) we asked about changing the room because of noise at the early morning and they did it without any objections. Nice and authentical place with little pool and shared kitchen.

in room number 1 the bed was creaking from any movement, a small concentration of ants at the front door, but not critical

Hidden gem

Lovely guesthouse hidden in the narrow streets of Ubud. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were large and clean. Pool was nice and refreshing to cool down from the Bali heat!

Room decor was a little dated and couldve been a little more comfortable.

Exceptional

Amazing value for money only 10 min walk to centre of Ubud shopping. Very quiet except for the sounds of the practicing Gamelan group which was beautiful to hear in the evening. Very handy to cafes and laundry. Beautiful pool, very helpful staff, nice having access to a kitchen too. Would absolutely stay here again

Nice big rooms with aircon. Big bathroom. Good budget choice

Never anyone on reception which became frustrating. So difficult to find any staff. Also no one mentioned to us about breakfast when we checked in but we saw others having it. Bit far away from the centre

Great

Awesome is one word. The pool is a bit small but the staff behaviour is up to the mark. They were very helpful and they have treated us with utmost care. Hats off. Location was great. No parking on the hotel for cars but they will arrange parking if needed in the nearby streets which is safe.

Disappointing

The room looks nice, well furnished, the pool is just in front of the room.

There is very strong mold smell (room nr 2), had to leave and find another hotel although I have already paid for this one. The rooms are very close to each other so you hear other guests.

The palce is very nice and welcoming, and the staff is super kind and attentive. The private bathroom is very functional (spacious shower with hot and cold water). The patio in front of the room is perfect for breakfast (delicious). The bed is large and comfortable, and the pool is well-maintained. Overall, truly relaxing.

The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility away from the bustle of central Ubud. However, the uphill road to reach it is not suitable for vehicles over a short stretch, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage. Ants, both inside and outside, are a common occurrence in Bali. We found it necessary to ask for a refill of soaps and shampoo as they were occasionally overlooked. Additionally, a minor drawback is the slightly yellowed sheets.

Excelent accomodations

Very nice rooms,large and authentic Balinese.Everyday was cleaning. Best of the best: swimming pool with clean water and Balinese element from volcanic rocks.

The kitchen from the room needs to be cleaned.

Good location, friendly staff and quiet environment. Room service every morning and sometimes even twice a day. Seriously nothing to complain - highly recommended!
