Stunning villa, pool was perfect temperature, facilities were both beautiful and practical

We were warned that there would be construction so it wasnt an issue but went longer than we thought (finishing at 9pm daily)

Major Construction 0730 start!! Utterly miss advertised. Stay away....you've been warned

Service desk were pleasant

WARNING - MAJOR CONSTRUCTION and NOISE. I have stayed in various parts of Canggu. I chose this property due to its more fringe lcoation and the advertising of green fields and calm. The reality is anything but. Major construction right beside the rooms starting at 0730 and throughout the day. There was NO mention of this on booking or prior to arrival (all other locations will warn you). On arrival i offered to pay for half the nights and stay elsewhere. The hotel refused. Soooooo many other places to stay at halve the price and far better quality plus...you can actually sleep and relax

Worse experience as a hotel. Bali is superb.

Staff were exceptional, specially food and beverage staff.

Constructions and could not handle the responsibilities and blaming OTAs. Provided a room with labours onboard and the privacy were lacked with the ongoing contractions work. Front office manager,helpless.

Average is my rating for my stay.

I like the private pool at the back of the house. Also the secured wifi connection is helpful when we need to send confidential information to our colleagues at work in Singapore. Its a comfortable relaxing villa and suitable for a couple.

The bath room smells when it is dry. I dont know why. It smells of ammonia and I think the small comes from inside the drainage hole. It's unit 701. You need to do something about it for future guests. The separate bathroom and toilet have no locks and have transparent glass doors. The bath room's glass-block walls are transparent to the outside world. Even though there are high walls to shield out the neighbours staying behind the villa, i can still see their roofs. I did not feel comfortable about being so exposed in my bath room and toilet. The villa is meant for couple and not suitable for 2 friends staying inside the villa as they can see each other when in the bathroom or toilet. The jacuzzi by the pool had many dead flies. So I dared not use it for hygiene reasons. There was no info on where nearby to go for food, e.g. restaurants, cafes, minimarts, good massages, shops, places to chill, etc....... A directory or map should be provided to indicate these places for guests.

Great service, clean and modern rooms

Modern, clean and private rooms. Loved the details like hammock net in room and private pool. Had a massage here and it was incredible and better than some of the more expensive ones in town
