Very good

Location very close to Varkala North Cliff but in a quite neighborhood. Nicely decorated place with rooftop area. Mohamad was super nice and helped us with any questions and organizing a transfer

The room without AC but fan only was unbearable hot.The room prize during peak season was too expensive for what you get.They seem to offer a variety of activities, but we didn't get any details and they didn't offer the cooking class at the time we were there.

Authentic experience sorroundend by natureand lovely people.

Great atmosphere,very friendly and helpful staff and a great location.They have available a great breakfast and cooking classes.The balcony sorrounded by trees was wonderful.

Bathroom ( shower,toilet)need a little bit of improvement,the rest was great.

Location is a USP for the property...North cliff is only 50-60 meter's from the property and easily accessible.. All the major cafes are nearby from the property... We did not have our breakfast at the property but breakfast is available if you inform the owner one day before in evening. Property is neat and clean and host "Suresh" is very welcoming and also help us in planning our itinerary. Scooty is also available in the property for hiring purpose. Suresh has also helped in booking our taxi.

It will be good if you put slippers in washrooms as most of the times we are keeping our slippers or shoes at the property entrance. In washrooms, tissue papers too.

Super staff including owner Suresh abd his fantastic cookery lessons and manager Mohamed who couldnt do enough.

Its location so close to the beach and restaurants and convenient for taxies.

Perfect for a new nights in varkala

Simple and clean. Location was ideal - about 100m from the beach. Mohammad and Suresh went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable (we checked in at 5am after a delayed flight and they helped book our trains to our next destination). I wish we could have stayed for the cooking class, as head very good things!

The shower was a bit dodgy, but it didnt matter to us.

The hotel is in an ideal location to access the beach, bars and local eateries. The room was large and mostly comfortable and ideal for 3 nights. Suresh was very helpful and communicated well even prior to us arriving. His staff especially Mohammed did all they could ti ensure our stay was comfortable. We did a cooking class with Suresh which was great and the food we cooked was truly delicious. Would recommend

It would be helpful to have a way to mop and dry the bathroom floor after showering. A broom and mop on the balcony would be useful

Comfortable and hospitable stay

Great place to chill out for a few days. Comfortable and spacious room with a nice sit-out in front. Lots of greenery around. Located in peaceful surroundings, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the stairs leading down to the beach or from the restaurants and cafes of North Cliff. Mohamed Nazeeer the Manager and Rahul were very welcoming and hospitable and made it feel like home.
