The Apple Tree boutique B&B has a wonderful host who goes above and beyond for guests, providing a homely atmosphere and thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for exploring Bath City centre and (Read More) Christmas Markets. The Tiddly Pomme room is clean and comfortable with delicious breakfast options. Guests feel safe at the B&B and appreciate the walkable distance to town. Ling's hospitality and attention to detail are praised by all.

Very welcoming and comfortable. The B&B was clean, fresh and warm on a cery cold Novemeber weekend. Our host Ling was amazing, very helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. Close to town centre.

Very, very good

We can only echo the views expressed by previous visitors to Apple Tree. Everything was spot on and Ling was an exceptional host. The location was Ideal for what we were doing in Bath (The ten pound tourist bit) and we would certainly stay there again if we go to Bath.

Wonderful.

Love, Love, Love, would come back again and recommend whole heartedly- only a short walk from train station, short walk to all the action- house spotless- very comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast to die for. Host such a lovely informative lady. I must admit I wish all bed and breakfasts were like this. Thankyou

Comfortable, well appointed and perfectly located B&B with lovely host and delicious breakfasts.

The breakfast options were delicious. We had the full English breakfast and also the Scottish salmon. Ling was a lovely host, an easy conversationalist and happy to share local recommendations as well as snippets of her (interesting) life story. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The antique Asian decor was lovely. The location is fabulous - a short walk to the Bath cathedral and Roman Baths. We parked our car at the local Cricket club car-park and left it there for our two night stay. It's a short walk from The Apple Tree (and on the way to Bath city), but we offloaded our suitcases first then headed to the carpark. It's fine for able-bodied adults, but something to bear in mind if anyone has disabilities.

Not criticisms but considerations: The parking wasn't an issue for us (and was very reasonable as we weren't using the car during our stay) but is a short walk away. Also, consider the stair-cases to guest rooms for less physically able guests. We managed just fine.

It was very nice an not to far to walk into bath an a lovely canel walk close by very nice b&b

We had a lovely stay host was great told us difference things we could go an see also we could come an go as we pleased we could park our car but not much space only really for 2 cars could really do with more parking an was no seating area outside which is a shame as we do like to sit outside if weather is nice with a coffee or tea or glass of wine for an afternoon or evening

No seating outside an not enough parking spaces no fridge in room to keep ur water or wine /beer cold
