Would request a quiet room next time

Location in terms of how far we had to travel to meet with family was fine. Liked the simplicity of the room decor and the cleanliness. Liked the secure parking but not the $29 fee.

Location in terms of how far we had to travel to meet with family was fine. The traffic noise from University Ave. was disturbing and kept us awake at night. Soundproofing could be greatly improved. Shades were difficult to operate and didnt really help muffle the street sounds.

Excellent amenities, friendly staff and modern hotel

The hotel is modern, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was fully equipped with everything that I needed, and amenities were perfect. I was very pleasantly surprised!

This is maybe the most nitpicky comment Ive ever made, but the hotel used some weirdly big pillows which were slightly uncomfortable.

I thought Best Westerns were old-fashioned, but this place was definitely not!

The design and amenitiesall day coffee and tea bar with lots of extras (like hot chocolate and Torani syrups), evening happy hour, beautiful roof deck! and really nice staff.

I liked everything!

Overall a good experience. Would stsy there again.

Nice lobby, friendly reception. Clean upon arrival. Location was good. Linens were clean. Plenty of hot water. Well lit. Appreciated soap, shampoo, tissues, ice, glasses, cups, refrigerator and television. Received a one day refund for lack of maid service.

Room was small. Temperature did not seem to respond to thermostat setting. Maid service was not daily. Had to ask for clean towels. Keurig machine did not function. A larger room with daily or, at least, every other day maid service would have made for a better stay.

Modern, Clean and Comfortable

The location was amazing! Close to the university. The staff exhibited above and beyond customer services towards my family. They approached us with a comforting and warm welcome. They offer free bikes to use too!

There was no pool and no self parking however, they do offer convenient valet parking for a fee.

There were no free breakfast. The location was good, spacious room with coffee machine, microwave and fridge. There was also vending machine in the hotel.
