The bed was confortable

The staff seemed to be doing a sacrifice, not helpful. In the question about having a meal on the hotel, they said to call a ubereats, but in the end we saw the info that they would have food available. The door of the showers was broken, and the carpet in the bedroom was burned. The microwave at the breakfast area was really dirty inside.

Good for overnight stay if needing to go to the airport early.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for an early morning flight from CDG.

We had booked the shuttle bus but ended up taking a taxi to the hotel as the instructions on where to meet the shuttle bus were dreadful and we were unable to locate where the shuttle bus pick up was.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was really okay. It's a French breakfast, but plentyfull and with enough variation. Great parking lot. For this price it is okay to stay for a few nights. There's a nearby mosque, however they don't call to the daily prayers (salah). Comfortable bed.

Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better (some small blood spetters on the wall). Not much toilet paper provided (probably because too much guests take it with them...). Beware there's no restaurant within a few minutes walk. Bring your own food, use a car or ask the staff for ordering some food.

The Staff , The Location , The stuttle going to Airport was not good .. We we're booked for our shuttle at 7.30am and We are down at 7:15 to have a quick coffee and to smoke . But the driver call us already when we arrive downstairs and we asked if we can smoke first since the call time is 7.30 and he rudely answer NO.

On your platform it was mentioned that it is about 3 miles away but we were about 9.3 miles away. We chose a king size bed ( we were 2) and at the end it was a full size bed. We asked room change, also cause the sink was plugged. In the next larger room ( nice of them to switch) the sink was leaking At 10:40 am breakfast was denied ( it was still there but they started cleaning it up). I asked for coffee, they asked me to pay for it Not even a free coffee in that far away hotel. Their shuttle operated only 1:30 h in the morning ( we had to take another taxi) then late afternoon. Between your wrong info on the website and their very minimal service, adding all the taxi fees I believe that a reimbursement from booking.com would be fair . Thank you

Very miserable with bedbugs infestation

The room size is very good and sun light

I was beaten by bedbugs and had to vacate the hotel earlier than I booked . The staff did not attend to my concerns at all when I reported the problem for the time that I stayed there . The room was not cleaned for 2 days that I was there .
