Superb

I really liked this hotel the position was good, the staff very friendly and nice and the facilities were lovely. The room was warm and cosy with a very comfy bed, kettle and tea were provided in the room and a nice big tv. Overall a fantastic experience definitely to be repeated

The room could have been a bit cleaner, the toilet brush lid was all dirty, the shower and mirror had water marks, the sink wobbled. It wasn't dirty just little things that could have been better. I also would have liked to have a second blanket in the room.

Always lovely..great little place near everything! Free water...massive tv...compact and bijou... Quirky decorations...but in need of TLC x

Brilliant boutique hotel

A lovely sized room with excellent facilities. The shower was lovely with great water pressure. The tea facilities were a treat and we made excellent use of the smart TV. The location was absolutely ideal as a first time visitor to Manchester. Great introduction to the city.

Great hotel, a definite must!

We were Returning customers and really like the quirky hotel vibe. Lots going on, central to the city, clean, beds are amazingly comfortable. We will be back next December if not before!

Breakfast was disappointing, felt they forgot us despite not being busy, as we waited 40 mins and was then over charged by 21.

Good location with very helpful and friendly staff. Nice big comfy bed, very clean. Didn't eat there but the menu sounded lovely and was reasonably priced.
