The Atlantic Hotel & Spa is a gem, with fantastic staff and excellent hospitality. The spa services are great, with an excellent manicure, although making an appointment can be challenging. The hotel (Read More) itself is great, with nice and clean rooms, a perfect location near the beach and lively night life. The suites are spacious and provide privacy, although they could use a refresh. The on-site restaurant and bar offer excellent food and drinks. Overall, it's a solid choice with great staff and amenities.

I had a good breakfast at the restaurant Comfortable beds Right on the beach

As a world wide traveler I can say the price is extortionate for what it is. I would give this hotel 3 stars at the most. The pool area is run down and dirty, the cleaner stood and argued with me that I didn't have late check out (which I did have) 1 member of staff imperticulor was lazy when checking in and the certain questions I had. His response to a question on arrival was (go on booking.com) embarrassing customer service I was charged in total over $400 dollars for 1 night which is crazy for this 3 star level of hotel I would look elsewhere if you are staying in Fort Lauderdale

It was a wonderful getaway in the middle of winter.

The view of the ocean. The proximity to the ocean.

The only negative was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. And thats not a big deal.

Great Job Kennedy

We loved the customer service that Kennedy provided. She went over and beyond to ensure we had an unbelievable stay. They didn't have the room we wanted, but no worries. She upgraded our room. Room Service was the fastest I have ever had. Again, Great Job Kennedy.

I wouldn't say (what we didn't like) But, more embarrassed than anything. We took our luggage to our room and came back down to go get some food. As we returned and walked past the desk. Eliah popped out from somewhere. Talking loud. Are you Mrs. Smith? Your credit card declined, and we need a credit card. I said, declined? I say, that's not true. The lady who checked us in mentioned she needed a card to hold $300. Which, to think about it. I never gave her my card. His approach was not professional as well as I felt embarrassed. The shower door in room 715. Was very different and hard to close without hitting the shower head.

Poor

The Ocean View.

Parking , arrived in a storm, 25 MPH winds and Rain. Unloaded my own luggage and carried it in to the front desk. I did everything but park the car. Front desk, untrained , unfriendly , key cards didn't work. Felt like I was in a motel six. General Hotel staff, WOW , not interested in doing their job. Great Location and views , but get a hospitality training program in place!
