Great place to stay for a beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location. It was quiet around the hotel but just a couple blocks away was an amazing central square with a lively vibe, plenty of restaurants and places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Our room was small but I knew that when we booked it. I could have booked a larger room for a little more but we were just staying a couple of days before a cruise. The room was small but very cozy and comfortable.

We were a little unsure when we first got there because the office isn't the typical office for check in. It's a cramped little area, made us wonder what the room would be like. No worries after that though, the place was amazing!

Total ripoff.

I was given a picture of my room/ocean side overlooking the pool. My room had no ocean side view. Awesome. We left a day early when we went to check out it was no one at the office. Just a sign to call them. Which is what happened when we checked in. I believe yhe maid checked us in. We tried to change our room with no luck. I cant believe we were charged almost $400 a night. What a rip off! no lighting in the bedroom. Oh nice size bath bathroom. But nowhere to put anything down. com Other than an oversized, laundry basket turned upside down.

I said above. The location was good, but trying to get to the square with the broken sidewalk at night was a problem. Please dont call your room a suite When it was a 2 x 4. Total misrepresentation.

Overpriced for what you get for your money!

Centrally located

The room I booked was described as an ocean view suite. Its definitely not a suite. A suite by definition is a bedroom as well as a living room. The Reef suite was an efficiency: a room with a kitchenette which was of zero use to me! The ocean view is a sliver of the beach/ocean through a window facing a common, narrow walkway. Needless to say, with other guests walking back and forth, the window blind had to be closed for privacy, obscuring what little view of the ocean that was available. There is no lobby. The office was a cluttered storeroom with towels, cases of water and beach toys.

This was a comfortable and relaxing stay. My goal was to recharge and decompress and I did.

I stayed for nearly two weeks so I wasn't just an overnight guest, this was my destination. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Every time I saw them they asked if everything was ok and did I need anything.

My only recommendations would be to add a grab bar in the shower.
