The staff was exceptional Especially Chris at the pool bar. Very helpful with alot of information.

It would be nice to have some live entertainment at times.

The view and location were incredible.

location was wonderful and so was the view

I was told there was an in suite sauna, there was not. Also the unit was privately owned (not aware) so a room attendant was $50/day extra. not a big deal but no one brought toilet paper, towels, coffee or shampoo replacements.

We didnt have one bad meal. The drinks and the food were delicious. The view from our room was amazing.

WiFi was horrible The tv kept losing signal The site said you had 24 hour room service and there wasnt any upon arrival.

Nice hotel, no amenities if you are booking through Booking.com. Will never use again

Hotel was nice and view was great

booking didnt tell us us was a private owned unit. We did not have fresh linens,maid services or fresh towels. After paying over $900 for 3 nights I was told I had to pay extra cash f I wanted clean towels or our room cleaned. ridiculous!

Excellent

The room was enormous and was facing the ocean for beautiful views. Great for watching the sunrise. There was a cute little cafe for breakfast. The hotel was directly on the beach. Valet parking was fast and efficient.

Apparently our room was rented from an owner of the condo and therefore there was no maid service. We had to constantly ask for new towels and the staff gave us a hard time about it.

Very disappointing. The pool was clean upon arrival and never cleaned until the day we left!

The location of the hotel was outstanding.

The pool was filthy. There were dirty dishes and old plates of food. The birds were everywhere and the droppings were disgusting. I had no idea that the room was privately owned. The chairs on the patio were unraveling. I went to the desk to tell them, they told me it was a privately owned condo and could not help me. The room number was 1004. I would never have done that had I known. Nothing on booking.com indicated that.
