Disappointing

Does not offer good value for money, does not live up to the Four Seasons experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very professional and friendly.

Disappointing stay. The hotel offers limited dining facilities, with only 1 restaurant on site which specialises in Lebanese cuisine. The main pool is dominated by families and large groups of small children, making it hard to use by others who simply want to swim. There is 1 restaurant on site, which also features the only small bar on site, so expect to spend a lot of time in this one location.

Place is superb...only thing missing is a jacuzzi or hot tub on the premises.

There could also be a microwave in the room.

too expensive for what you get.

nice location. clean and spacious rooms. very good food in the restaurant.

lacks a good lobby bar. reception people really had to google for restaurant recommendations. come on. that I can do myself and quicker. reception area not appealing. and the whole thing is OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced. four seasons can do better than that. much better. I would not go there again.

Top Notch!!!!!!

I enjoyed the pool area, the staff was fantastic!!! Service was exceptional! Justin at the bar in Evelyns was an excellent mixologist and really made our time there special. Our room was great and always clean when we got back at the end of the day. Front desk personnel were always pleasant and very helpful as well as the valet crew. We will most definitely be back!!!
