Disgraceful, waste of money.

Location is good

When we got to the hotel we were given the incorrect type of room - we booked two queen beds and got one king, annoying but they changed it for us. When we arrived to our next room, there was garbage bags outside, dirty socks, disgusting carpet. Enter the room to unemptied garbage with dried fruit skins stuck to the bottom. Floor was not clean. Toiletries were not refilled, no shower gel. Requested toilet paper which never arrived. The worst of all was the comforter we discovered was disgusting covered in blood, a total health hazard. I messaged the property and all they said was sorry for that. A complete let down and totally disgusted at customer service. Way too expensive for the service received. Im sure we were just moved into a room that had just been exited by previous hotel stayers and they couldnt even change the bedding. Ive been trying to contact customer service for two days and had no response so heres my honest review.

Bad housekeeping but they changed my room to an upgraded room

They fixed my problem with another room

The first room they gave me had sand everywhere on th tile floor. The chaise had old stains on it. Ironing board was ripped

I was told by one staff member that I was able to use cash to pay for items and also I couldve use cash at check out to pay for my Valet Parking...but on two occassions when i wanted to use cash I couldnt items had to be charge to my room...and on the day of check out i wasnt able to pay for my valet using cash!!! As I was told before by one of the staff at the front desk...it had to be taking out of my $150 deposit which wasnt mentioned at all when I first checked in

We did adjust to a lack of space in our room to place our clothing. It was a very nice clean hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows wonderful temperature control in the room beautiful showers. Hallways were quiet and clean as it was the elevator and pool area. Although there were a few staff who we interacted with at the front desk and restaurant was always a positive experience.

The room was smaller than expected, with no surfaces or enough drawers to place our clothing. I was also very disappointed that there was not a safe in the room. This would be the number one reason that I would not return.
