Good. Could have been better

One of the best properties in Kanyakumari. Close to all the tourist attractions

Check out process not great. After 2 reminders still the hotel staff did not send their people to help with the luggage. Had to carry them personally. Personally dont have an issue but my mother who is 74 had to struggle

Front office desk said they dont have my booking while I continued to provide information of my booking. Despite showing my booking confirmation from booking.com, they took a lot of time to check us in.

Good location, great rooms, service certainly needs to be improved.

Have stayed here before and loved it. Location is awesome, the rooms are spectacular and it is nice to see that this property is always maintained well. You don't find anything broken etc. Swimming pools are maintained well. Food at the restaurant, especially the buffet breakfast is always very good.

Service. The service this time was not up to the mark. I mean, for the price paid, I would certainly expect better service. When booking the room itself, I had requested for an extra bed. This was ignored so I called them in the afternoon so I could have a nap - they said they would send the bed but did not. At night, someone came from room service to put the bed and he had no help - I had to help him lift the bed up the stairs! I also ordered something from the bar that night and they never even bothered to send it to my room.

The location is good, over looking the sea not that you have a view from the room. Breakfast was majority South Indian but was good.

Some of the front desk staff were slow and confused, perhaps there is a language barrier, the rooms were not well maintained and not cleaned thoroughly

Comfortable for an over-night stay and nothing more.

Location was very close to the seafront and other tourist places.

1) lack of hygiene - lots of flies; crow was drinking the water set out for dosa prep and no one was watching; when alerted to the event, the guy just shoooed away the crow but did not throw away the water but continued to use it! 2) Being in Tamil Nadu, one would expect dosa and idli to be done well - idli at breakfast was hard. 3) bar area was very small.

A gem in Kanyakumari with a beautiful view

Everything from the welcome to the checkout, everything was just perfect. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. They have very helpful facilities like clothes drier and ironing board on request which is very essential for a family with kids. The breakfast has a mix of continental and South Indian cuisine, even though it's not much, Whatever they served is really good. They have 3 outdoor pools, which you won't find in any 4 star resorts, at least in South India, and they have a mini playground for the kids, which the kids loved. They were very helpful in decorating the room for my parents' retirement surprise, very professionally done. From time to time, we could see the owner in the resort, a very respectful man who always had a smile and was very welcoming. The views are spectacular, and the weather was perfect. Auto rickshaw stand also was very close by, even the receptionist would help us with that.

Well, the pool could have been a little cleaner, especially the kids' pool. But that's passable because you don't see a 4 star resort with 3 outdoor pools.
