Amazing stay at Montien House

Lovely property. Clean and modern. Perfect location right in the centre of Chaweng beach strip. Lovely pool looking out into the sea. Delicious breakfast.

Very good

The houses had a realy nice garden and good privacy, the staff was very polite and they were cleaning every day. The location was nice just a few steps from the beach and also close to restaurants and night life. Wifi excellent

Very old windows without soundproof. Mattress very old and tough and the tv wasn't working.

Disappointing

Location is in the centre of Chaweng which is great if youre here to go out out.

We stayed here 4 years ago and came back for nostalgic purposes and 4 years ago it was on the edge of passable but unfortunately it hasn't aged well. In the pool villa pool, the grout is coming off in tiny bits so it isnt pleasant to swim in and although Im sure its not dirty, it looks and feels it. The mattress feels quite old and tired and the shower was not up to scratch. The only thing thats been updated in 4 years is a new bed runner and table cover which it doesnt need. The villas need updating as the price they are charging does not match the quality.

I like that it was in a nice location, very close to restaurants and bars.

I didn't like that we got stuck in a building that don't have a lift/elevator. And if you're expecting to spend time on the beach I would look for somewhere more south chaweng. It was always high tide and no where to lay on the sand

Amazing honey moon and beautiful place

The Villas with swimming pool was amazing the beach is right there

when high tide, there is barely any beach but waves hitting the hotel front so its only when the tide is high the beach is not the best one

Location was great, right on the beach and easy to get to. Breakfast was OK.

Worn and outdated rooms inside the building (unsure about the bungalows- they may be better?!). Felt unclean at times - stains on the walls, furniture and bedding. Leaking air con.
