Stayed at location for wsbk 15min walk to nearest bus stop. House was great, clean, comfortable and good for a group. Nice deck with bbq no complaints would definitely book again

Very good

Really nice place with good location.

Nice location, close to the town and beach. The house is clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Theres a wonderful lake view just outside the balcony.

The rack of one of the single bed is broken and half dropped which is quite dangerous so we ask all the kids stay away from that room. The heater of downstairs isnot strong enough to cover all the rooms so the first night time was a little tough.

Would consider staying again (in the Summer months) if the above issues were addressed.

Lovely, clean and spacious home. Plenty of space for two families. Would be a lovely experience in Summer to use the deck area.

We were not able to open the garage (the remote was not working nor were we able to open it manually). This was very disappointing as it had been previously reported as inoperable and made loading the car in the pouring rain unpleasant. There was a sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom which seemed to get stronger when using the shower (the children refused to use that bathroom because of the odour). There was no Netflix passcode provided (upstairs TV). The reverse cycle heater downstairs was not able to heat the downstairs bedrooms or bathroom areas. It was very chilly downstairs (despite keeping the heater running the entire day).

Spacious house and value for money

The house is very spacious, modern and clean. The place is suitable for big family, location is great. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

There was a system glitch with the booking website and we thought our booking was cancelled, but luckily we checked with the property manager, the booking was all good. This is only something minor, overall it was great!

Loved everything except the kids bunks low comfort and no gate at balcony going down the stairs. High risk for young kids to run out to street. The house is wonderful, great kitchen set up. Wonderful location. Fun kids games.

The kids bunk beds need new matrazes. Springs are very hard and uncomfortable. Please put a gate or something to block the way down for young kids. Very risky.
