Superb

This was a great base from which to explore Bath

The location was perfect. Very nice and quiet and a beautiful walk into the centre of Bath through Victoria Park and the Botanical Garden. The 'Cotswold Way' hike route passes by close - we hiked it in both directions (towards the countryside / to the Abbey). The apartment itself is well equipped and cosy, the old chapel window adding a lot of charm. There is a secluded outdoors seating area.

The mattress was a bit soft, that was all.

Exceptional

Perfect retreat to explore around Bath city

We had a brilliant week at Countess Chapel. We were welcomed by the lovely owner who said he was just a phone call away if we needed anything. In the middle of February the Chapel was welcoming and cosy and had everything we wanted, including unlimited hot showers, posh nespresso machine, and an Alexa to help us find things on the high-tec telly. We loved how near it was to the centre of Bath and didnt use our car for the whole of our stay! We really enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and woods, as well as the citys culture and numerous tea-shops. Highly recommended!

Superb

Charming, quiet, comfortable and well-appointed

Quaint and quiet. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Has all the mod-cons, including Firestick, big TV, WiFi, Alexa. Perfect location for us as we were visiting someone this side of town. Easy bus trip into city centre. Handy grocery store nearby.

Probably the only downside was that there is no parking at the property (much like the majority of Bath), but on the upside, there is free on-street parking within about a 5 minute walk.
