Very good

The location is great, and toilet and shower facilities are adequate. The room had good climate control, and the futons were comfy.

Very good

Simple and easy stay that offers what it promises.

Extremely simple but comfortable stay in the hip Koenji neighbourhood. Room was small but offered what it promised. Common facilities were clean and in great condition. Checking in and out was easy even if we never physically met the staff.

The locks on the room doors are fairly noisy and the soundproofing in general isn't all that great.

Loved Koenji, and this helped us to see it!

Everything was so easy! The place was easy to find, with great communication from the host. Everything was clean and well-run. We loved the Koenji neighborhood as well, and the short walk to the metro.

The rooms was tiny with no windows. We didn't mind, but keep this in mind when you book.

Disappointing

Very well located in Koenji easily accessible and clean

This is basically an improved version of a capsule hotel. The rooms are very very small and can barely fit 2 people. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every noise from the neighbouring rooms.
