</div><p style="text-align: justify;">Do you feel your Team needs a break? Or does it feel like your employees need to know each better? Well, if your organization is in Chennai, here are the 17 Activities or Places that are perfect to build a better relationship with your employees or to even raise those droopy shoulders.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Here are 17 Places for team outings near Chennai:</strong></p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">1. Radisson Blu Temple Bay, Mamallapuram</h2>
<div id="attachment_18556" style="width: 510px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img class="wp-image-18556" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Temple-Bay-Resort.jpeg" alt="Temple Bay Resort" width="500" height="375" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2a/Hotel_swimming_pool_at_GRT_Temple_Bay_Resorts,_Mahabalipuram.jpeg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source </a></p></div>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What better way to enjoy a corporate outing than in a 5- Star Hotel enjoying all the luxuries in the peaceful seaside town of Mamallapuram. It is known to be one of the most beautiful resorts in ECR <a href="http://www.holidify.com/places/chennai/">Chennai</a> where you with your team can conduct various development and team-building activities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Another recent addition to the hotel is The Bodhi Spa which is fully equipped with all the essentials that a regular spa visitor looks for. You can play around with your mates in the infinity pool or even have a vigorous yet fun team workout at the Pranayam Fitness Center. Other recreational activities such as deep sea fishing and mini golf course are a must try.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As the hotel is in the unbeatable location of the East Coast Region, it is just a short distance away from most corporate parks.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">2. Silver Sand Beach Resort, Mahaballlipuram</h2>
<div id="attachment_21044" style="width: 560px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img class="wp-image-21044" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/silversands-beach-resort-mamallapuram-mahabalipuram-ljzp.jpg" alt="Silver Sands Beach Resort" width="550" height="412" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.justdial.com/Chennai/Silversands-Beach-Resort/044P1233661923P6G1K2_BZDET" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<p>This resort is located on the beachside with a mesmerising view of Bay of Bengal. You can indulge with your team in team building adventure activities like rappelling, rock climbing and fun sports activities like beach volleyball, throwball, football, snooker among others.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">3. Hire a Private Yatch Charter</h2>
<div id="attachment_21045" style="width: 560px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img class="wp-image-21045" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Yatch.jpg" alt="Yatch Charter" width="550" height="309" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/146114559@N02/29967754904/sizes/l" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Take a ride on the east coast with your colleagues in a private charter yatch. Pamper yourself with <span style="color: #222222;">canapé</span> and mocktails and let lose of all the work stress! Sounds perfect, right?</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">4. Bhumi: Play for Education</h2>
<div id="attachment_18548" style="width: 510px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img class="wp-image-18548" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Bhumi-Corporate-League.png" alt="Bhumi Corporate League" width="500" height="281" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="http://www.bhumi.org.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/BCL-Header-1-1024x576.png" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source </a></p></div>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Giving a hand of support does not only help in boosting your morale but also helps in building bonds among your team members. </div><p>The local trains are in itself an attraction in the Financial capital of India, Mumbai or as the locals fondly call it “Aamchi Mumbai”. This large network of locomotives that connect the heavily populated city has perhaps become the metropolis’ lifeline and is a big part of every Mumbaikar’s identity. Used by millions of people everyday to commute through the city, there are millions of Mumbai Local Stories and Experiences. Having recently visited Mumbai to attend the Khala Ghoda Art festival, I couldn’t resist myself from having a sneak peek into this wonderful network. So here are my experiences from the Mumbai Local. <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-18348" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/fullsizerender-52.jpg" alt="" width="736" height="552" /></p>
<p style="color: #444444;">1. Wanna know what it feels like to win a battle? Sure. Try and get a window seat in the local, or any seat at all.</p>
<p style="color: #444444;">2. The train always seems full to a traveller in Mumbai but ask a local and they’ll say a train is never full. Of course, there’s always place for another passenger, “kyunki thud adjust karna to banta hai”.</p>
<p style="color: #444444;">3.Trying to find your way towards the exit should never be a problem. The crowd will automatically push you out.</p>
<p style="color: #444444;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-18349" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/2.jpg" alt="" width="736" height="552" /></p>
<p>4. Don’t we all relate the fact that we wish for something we never have and once we have it, we remember the times when we didn’t have it? It’s the same in the local trains. When you are in a fully packed train, you are always tired and want to sit. But, when the train is vacant, your love for standing at the doors just comes alive. 5. No one remains untouched once you enter the Churchgate Fast Local. 6.“Next Station Andheri/Dadar” puts everyone in the train in ‘Ready to Fight’ mode. <img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-18350" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/3.jpg" alt="" width="736" height="552" /></p>
<p style="color: #444444;">7. People around the world have the following set of Friends: School Friends, College friends, Building friends, Office friends. But here in the local, people have something like ‘Train friends’, a species unique to Mumbai.</p>
<p style="color: #444444;">So, having travelled in the Mumbai local, visualised and experienced it first hand all I want to say is “Zara Hut Ke, Zara Bach Ke – Ye Hai Mumbai Meri Jaan”.</p>
<p style="color: #444444;">PS: When in Mumbai, don’t forget to take the Local.</p>

The mirrors have strange Urdu words scribbled on them, the girl&#8217;s bathroom is incessantly knocked at even without anyone being there, to name some spooky instances.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;">3. Shamshabad Airport</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Despite several controversies and protests, the new Hyderabad seems like any other airport. However there have been several spooky and unexplained occurrences happening there ever since. <strong>The general consensus is that the spirits of those who were killed during the disputes preceding the construction of this airport haunt it.</strong> Some have even spotted a lady in a white saree dancing on the runway at night.</p>
<div id="attachment_17457" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17457 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/1356339904_d8934cc7e2_o.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="600" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/markdmartin/1356339904" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">4. Graveyard on Road 12, Banjara Hills</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Home to the affluent of Hyderabad, Banjara Hills used to be a hilly forest, scarcely populated. A few superior members of the Nizam’s dynasty made it their home and used to hunt there. Spooky occurrences happen as night falls. S<strong>treet lights flicker and the temperature drops. Drivers have also complained of their tyres getting punctures around the place.</strong></p>
<div id="attachment_17458" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17458 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Boothill_Graveyard_Tombstone_Arizona_6.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="600" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boot_Hill#/media/File:Boothill_Graveyard,_Tombstone,_Arizona_(6).jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">5. Uppal Stadium</h2>
<p><strong>There&#8217;s a general acknowledgement about the fact that the Uppal Stadium is haunted.</strong> Staffers and some spectators have seen dimly lit black shadows in the corridors. Apparitions have been cited here at numerous occasions.</p>
<div id="attachment_17460" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17460 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/MChinnaswamy-Stadium.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="600" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.google.co.in/imgres?imgurl=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/cf/MChinnaswamy-Stadium.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Indian_Premier_League&amp;h=1536&amp;w=2048&amp;tbnid=yC2X4_yBCP-qsM:&amp;docid=bLiXkSwk6-094M&amp;ei=vYifVq7pHsO_uASCibrIBw&amp;tbm=isch&amp;client=safari&amp;ved=0ahUKEwjuu_bhvLjKAhXDH44KHYKEDnkQMwgdKAIwAg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2>6. Rabindra Nagar</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>An eerie sensation is felt by many while crossing this area of Sitaphalmandi.</strong> In 2012, many of the inhabitants committed suicides here. After a template was destroyed, people started believing that the area became cursed. A strong and depressive energy descended on this place and red flags along with the slogan &#8220;Jai Shree Ram&#8221; were put up to ward off the negativity.</p>
<div id="attachment_17462" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17462 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/3.P__T_colony_Suncity_Hyderabad.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="480" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:3.P_%26_T_colony,_Suncity,_Hyderabad.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">7. Kundanbagh Witches</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In a two-storey house of Kundanbagh, a thief once entered the second floor at night. What he saw astounded the police. <strong>Dead bodies of three women &#8211; a mother and two daughters lay on the bed.</strong> Police said the corpses were almost 6 months old but the neighbours saw them almost daily. They wore black robes and used to practice black magic. They would carry garbage in their car and also lived without electricity. To this day their death remains a mystery.</p>
<div id="attachment_17468" style="width: 510px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img class="wp-image-17468 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/222678887_30578e6d93.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="500" height="375" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.google.co.in/imgres?imgurl=https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/84/222678887_30578e6d93.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=https://www.flickr.com/photos/romulusnr/222678887&amp;h=375&amp;w=500&amp;tbnid=1_akK5IzBnjmlM:&amp;docid=XYjjspn2PBEa3M&amp;ei=TIufVuOmBNGiuQTchL2wCw&amp;tbm=isch&amp;client=safari&amp;ved=0ahUKEwjj_IWav7jKAhVRUY4KHVxCD7Y4ZBAzCBsoGDAY" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">8. Dedh Lakh Ghar</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A hose constructed for Rs. 1.5 lakhs, 40 years ago lays barren and desolate now. With every family that tried to live here, suicides followed and an air of misery and despair surrounds it. <strong>It&#8217;s avoided by locals even during the day, since it gives out a creepy vibe. </strong>Strange noises especially of a woman crying have been heard here.</p>
<div id="attachment_17469" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17469 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/800px-The_Haunted_House_Das_Geisterhaus_5360049608.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="533" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_Haunted_House_Das_Geisterhaus_(5360049608).jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">9. Khairatabad Science College</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A flourishing science college in Hyderabad now lies desolate and worn down, haunted by the dead bodies which were tested upon in the labs. <strong>Nobody even dares to venture in since the guard stationed at the gate died under mysterious circumstances.</strong></p>
<div id="attachment_17467" style="width: 810px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img class="wp-image-17467 size-full" src="https://www.holidify.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Haunted_house_kompong_som_cambodia_03032011106.jpg" alt="Haunted Places in Hyderabad" width="800" height="600" /><p class="wp-caption-text"><a href="https://www.google.co.in/imgres?imgurl=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3d/Haunted_house_kompong_som_cambodia_03032011106.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_reportedly_haunted_locations&amp;h=1944&amp;w=2592&amp;tbnid=Yt_9Slf_4QUobM:&amp;docid=MSS9N5U2udeh8M&amp;ei=V4mfVtcSjp-6BO7bk9gG&amp;tbm=isch&amp;client=safari&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiXmo-rvbjKAhWOj44KHe7tBGsQMwghKAYwBg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Source</a></p></div>

</div><p>Picnics and day outings have always remained a fond memory for all of us as children. A great day outing somewhere around the city or outside it, with friends and family, was more than enough to make us happy. The excitement of carrying food for the day and a large piece of cloth to sit on, soaking up the winter sun, is unmatched! However, the scope for a picnic has changed drastically over time, but the feel at the core of it remains the same. The weekend&#8217;s around the corner, and you don&#8217;t have anything planned?
