We drove from Bangalore to Chikmagalur via the Mysore highway filled with paddy fields, villages and hills. Stopped at Hoysala Village Restaurant for a south indian breakfast

Checked in at 3:00 PM

The homestay is located in the middle of a coffee estate in a single independent house. The homestay is equipped with basic facilities, so do not expect luxury!

Lunch at the homestay and relax in the room

We had a delicious lunch buffet after which we retired to for a relaxing evening in the room. All the rooms are equipped with a sundeck and one can hear the humming of birds.

Had a great time sipping on hot coffee at the coffee shop. Enjoyed some light snacks and decided to skip dinner

Day 2: Walking tour and Exploring activities at the homestay

Headed for a morning walking nature tour which is organised by the homestay on request.

Breakfast and Relax at the resort

After a delicious breakfast, we retired to our room and decided to spend the day juts chilling

The Inchara offers badminton and cooking classes along with a dj/karaoke at night. We played badminton for some time in the fresh air

Evening barbecue and dinner

Barbecue is organised at the homestay for an additional charge. But the experience is worth the money.

Day 3: Check-out and drive back to Bangalore

Had breakfast at the homestay and checked out by 11:00 AM

Stopped at Kamat Upachar for lunch

It is a decent vegetarian restaurant located on the way near Channarayapatna
