Poor.
The organiser was always available before making all the arrangements , planning and up until payment .
During the trip it was extremely difficult to get hold of him.
Though the accommodati (Read More)on were all booked, we faced issue at 2 places, where we were denied accommodation as the travel agency had not made the payment to the hotel. After multiple calls and few discussion we were given the rooms.
We didn't even recieve the receipt for the payment , which was promised after the trip. It's been 6 months and I haven't any mail or phone response.
Recently I received a call from hotel where we stayed , who told us that even they haven't received any payment.

They had made wonderful arrangements with high end accommodation and transport. The locations were mesmerizing and tent accommodation in Nubra Valley was superb. Pyangongtso location tents were OK an (Read More)d there was scope for improvement there. Hotels in Glacier View and Grand Himalaya were very comfortable with caring staff and great service.
Thanks to Tariq and his team for making our holiday a memorable one.

Very happy with the accomodation arranged. But need to improve on their communication. The driver who came with us to Kargil was very good,But not happy with the other one who was with us for the firs (Read More)t 4 days. Was not at all helpful when we were caught in the landslides. Did not have the oxygen cylinder also which he should have.other than that we had a great holiday.
The arrangements made by ZAP was awesome!. Food and accommodation were at its best. Great work Tariq and team! You guys are awesome. Looking forward to see you guys again!. Thank you so much for the f (Read More)un, memories and lot more!! :):):):):):)
