Flight booking money not refunded
I had pad through paytm to yatraonlinepvtltd but have not received any services nor have I got my refund for 2 tickets booked and paid.

Pathetic, unprofessional and very worst service provider
Yatra is a not trustable company. They take money for booking but while refunding they just give excuses. I have got atleast 3 mails from them saying refund will be credited to my account within 2-3 (Read More) working days but till date no refund received. To top it all these have blocked my number and are not replying to my calls. They don't even share their escalation matrix.

I have booked Online, Bina Resort through Yatra.com for stay from 23rd to 26th June 2022 at Nainital by paying Rs. 11227/-(Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Seven only) - Booking (Read More)Reference Number 1706220088740 and hotel Confirmation Number YAT0008671923 for Stay in Nainital. However, We Couldn’t Trace out the Hotel – The Address Provided by Yatra.com is Not Complete & Incorrect. The Contact Details Provided are Not Working. Even Yatra.com Customer Support was also Not Responded. As a Result, Entire Purpose of Tour Travel Disturbed and all the Amounts Spend for the Purpose is Wasted and created Great Inconvenience and Mental Agony.

Very pathetic service.
I booked a hotel with reference number 2007220132504 after full payment.Once I am trying to check in that hotel, the hotel front saying that there is no provision to book hotel (Read More) through Yatra.com. When i am trying to show the booking reference, he is saying get out. When I am trying to call, the number given to help for Check in hotels, they did not lift. I struggled a lot with my family and finally booked a hotel with exorbitant prices.
Yatra.com are not bothered to reply for my emails or phone calls. Never Never go though the Yatra.com for any bookings.

We booked some flights via yatra.com at the beginning of 2020 before pandemic had started. Unfortunately, after pandemic was hit in India, they cancelled all the flights. We called (Read More)several times and not one time they were helpful. Neither did we get our refund nor any compensation. It has been more than 2 years now and still did not get any refund for our tickets. I don‘t know how many times we have to call them to get our refund. I am tired of this! Will never book with them again

We have booked our tickets with Yatra for the month of April 2020. Due to pandemic and world wide lockdown we were unable to proceed. We asked Yatra support team to return our 50K i.e. 50,000/- which (Read More) is a huge amount for middle class family but they denied to return. Though it has been mandatory norm from the govt that any money can't be held with the agencies if it is meant to be for travelling in the covid time. They should return us but they didn't.

When I booked I my flight through yatra they set me up for a veg meal without my permission. Even when I called to make the change from veg to non veg I still got served a bland veg meal while everyon (Read More)e on the flight delicious meals. They tickets were expensive, I felt robbed. I had booked flights with them on Feb 8th, the money was deducted from my account and post whi (Read More)ch i have been running from Pole to pole just to even get an answer.
Despite multiple mails there has been no response from the team.
NITHIN JAIN is one of the most unprofessional individual I have ever come across, he finally choose to respond back by Feb 12 asking for details of my transaction.
Post furbishing my details I had to follow up for 3-4 days just to get another response, which was as pathetic as their services.

I booked a honeymoon package,but they give me holiday package. I gave the 2000 for candle light dinner, room decoration, and honeymoon cake. But I got a simple cake, that cake which not used in any Bi (Read More)rthday. Mostly, it may be cost maximum 800 or 1000, and for candle light dinner I got three candle in a steel bowl which may cost 50 I will suggest, if you are booking a honeymoon package don't book candle light dinner and honeymoon cake. Hi We have booked a Flight from Bangalore To Jaipur for 19th April 2020.
Yatra reference no. 0104200026519. But due to Covid issues they cancelled the flight and replied I can reschedule my flight w (Read More)ithout any fare difference. Now when i asked them to reschedule my travel they cancelled the flight and not replying any query asked by me. There is no contact number of these cheaters.

Due to COVID19, I planned to cancel my tickets and asked for the refund, sent mails to yatra.com, these people don't have time to read the emails, just t (Read More)hey have some standard response asking me to get in touch with Airlines and get a confirmation mail for the refund from Airlines, and these dirty yatra.com know that Airlines won't take responsibility where ticket is booked from Yatra.com. I sent a mail to Airlines and got the response saying that i need touch with yatra.com as the ticket is booked to yatra.com site, so they washed their hand, and when I send the response to yatra.com these people even they did not look at the email, just they sent standard response "We would like to inform you that as per airline system, your booking still stands confirm. Please be assured that we will inform you about the flight status if airline does any change in flight schedule, is Yatra.com asking me to wait till my travel date at the airport and if canceled come back :-)
Since your booking is still confirmed from airline end, therefore full refund is not applicable now. Full refund will be applicable once flight is cancelled by airline. Request you to check flight status on airline website before 48 hrs prior to departure.

I cancel the flight ticket 30 days already over and they are keep telling to wait, did multiple followup more than 15 time still not received my money.

Had the worst experience with yatra this time. Have no idea what is the level of understanding the team takes in when it comes to planning the trip.
If a customer has enquired and booked a 5 star pr (Read More)operty with you, how could a 2 star Volvo be booked against that travel.
The Volvo details were never shared with us initially. These Volvo's are neither comfortable nor worth for 12 hours journey. Had the details been shared with us earlier we would have got this Volvo cancelled and would have booked the volvo ourselves. Really disheartening, for merely 1-2k amount this is the kind of comfort you provide.

Europe Tour Manager- Mr. Vineet spoiled our trip totally
We took a trip to Paris and Switzerland with Yatra in the month of July. Our Tour Manager was Mr.Vineet, who was an extremely rude, negative and dominating man, who had no idea on how to please their (Read More)customers that too in a place where they are very new. From the very first day he started making us feel as if coming to Europe is our biggest mistake. He was not at all cooperating, never gave us any relevant advice and left no possible way to ruin our trip. Also, he wanted to grab as much money as he can from us by any way. We asked him to stop the bus for just 15-20 minutes on an attraction in Basel, which was merely 5 minutes off route and he demanded 100Euros for that. None of the member of our group package was happy with him. I would recommend Yatra to please change this Tour Manager of Europe- Mr. Vineet, to maintain the image of Yatra. Except for him, Yatra did definitely a great job, but unfortunately the attitude of Mr. Vineet ruined all our experience..

When booked for Sikkim trip they sent for all 3 hotels and charged me 1, 35, 500 for 5 people for 8N/9D. In this 4 hotels in 4 different places including 2D/2N in Darjelin (Read More)g
But all the hotels in Sikkim are simple non-star hotels(like OYO normal hotels in Metros and costs around INR 1000).
When I asked the first day to change, they said it is not possible to change because the hotels will not refund, hence requested to me to use those hotels(continuously I was in touch with Yatra person using email/customer service) and will refund the difference.
When I found the the hotel rooms cost is max of INR 2500 per night per room(I booked 2 rooms in all 4 hotels) not INR 6000 per room per night for 6N/7D stay 3 hotels and the 4th Hotel was 3, hence I asked them to refund the amount of 7000(3500 X 2) per day for 6 Days equal to INR 42000, now they are telling sorry for the inconvenience but we can only give you INR 3000 refund and INR 2000 in Yatra wallet.
I am fighting with them legally by complaining to Police, Legal Notice and as well in National Consumer Forum for not refunding.
Please do not leave them and fight. Join hands with me and lets try to ban this website.

I had booked a comprehensive Andaman Package with booking id- YH4328411 from yatra.com. The package selected by me also included Elephanta beach at Havelock and Chidiya Tapu at the Port Blair but when (Read More) you reached Port Blair then yatra says you don't have these beaches inclusion. This was not even gross negligence; this was a case of dangerous behavior on part of yatra.com and its associates. I tried to contact with yatra representative but no response from customer care number. It's not reachable.
I've really a sad and dangerous experience with Yatra.

Yatra holds Zero accountability towards their customer. We have used their services for International Holidays. I urge all the traveller to avoid using Yatra for Holiday booking. It is better to make (Read More)booking after your Visa gets confirmed. They will try to convince that visa gets confirmed . However, it is always not the case.

EXASPERATING RUN UP TO A RELAXING TRIP

Yatra. Com organized a customized 3 nights 4days package to Colombo, Candy and Bentota for 14 of us in the age group of18 to 65 in the last week of October. Though the agency collected the entire amo (Read More)unt for the package including Visa charges three weeks ahead of the departure date, they did not procure the online Visa on time. They would politely answer our repeated calls, but take no concrete steps to ally our fears. After much cajoling and complaints, they proposed to return the amount collected for the visa two days ahead of the departure. However, within two hours of our threatening to pull out of the entire package, Visas started trickling in piecemeal, with the last one arriving only in the evening of the day prior the departure, putting our nerves on the edge till the last moment.
But it was a different story altogether once we reached Colombo. Yatra. Com's travel partner Apple Holidays took good care of us, doing full justice to the approved package including accommodation and travel. Both the driver and the guide were courteous and helpful, trying their best to work out the itinerary on time, to the best of our satisfaction.
But for the initial hiccup, I would have given excellent rating to Yatra.com for organizing the trip
