Trip to Dubai

I would like to highlight several concerns regarding my recent experience: Holidify’s role was minimal – they only shared client contact details with the vendor. There was no customer support available through any channel when required. WTD acted only as an advisor, with no active involvement during execution. The actually operate everything frm Rayna Operator, without any on-ground suppo (Read More)rt team. Private and shared transfers were not provided, despite expectations set earlier. The Desert Safari with dinner buffet, which was initially confirmed, was ultimately cancelled. I had to arrange this separately through a local operator at my own effort and cost. Overall, the coordination and execution were highly disappointing. In hindsight, I could have planned and managed the entire trip independently at nearly half the cost paid to Holidify and WTD. There are additional concerns I have refrained from listing, but the experience has been dissatisfactory. I still doubt why I paid the extra 10K which was supposed to be adjusted later with my activities

We would like to address certain concerns that have been raised, which we believe are misrepresenting our company's reputation and would like to provide clarification on the matter.

Your Dub (Read More)ai trip, scheduled from 8th to 13th March, which coincided with a sensitive geopolitical situation, we would like to clarify that we received a token amount of 10,000 INR on 26th January solely for holding your hotel booking. Subsequently, you settled the only hotel payment on the expiry date of the hold period, following which we promptly provided the hotel voucher. We would like to highlight that we had not requested any additional payments up to that point.

Upon confirming limited availability of Museum of the Future tickets, we requested payment, which you made (excluding transportation costs). The voucher was provided to you instantly and you visited there also. Meanwhile, the conflict escalated with Israel and the US conducting attacks on Iran, significantly worsening the situation. We advised you to wait and assess the situation, however, you insisted on proceeding with the visa application, choosing to visit Dubai amidst the heightened security alerts. Your decision seemed to be influenced by social media, rather than our on-ground assessments and recommendations.

Despite our advice against travelling during the current situation, you instructed us to proceed with the visa application and made the payment. Following this, you repeatedly requested the visa status the very next day, despite our prior notification that the process typically takes up to 7 working days, excluding Fridays due to embassy closure. Your urgency seemed to override the extraordinary circumstances. Nonetheless, we efficiently processed and delivered the visa within 5 working days. No additional payments have been collected from you till you reached Dubai. Our team provided ongoing support regarding your flight status and updates on the local situation in Dubai. Upon your arrival in Dubai, you requested us to arrange a desert safari ticket.

You paid for the desert safari, which we promptly arranged and provided the ticket for. However, due to safety measures imposed by the Dubai government, dinner was not included. The Rayna team consulted with you on whether to proceed, and you opted out, requesting a refund. We initiated the refund process, which was processed by the Rayna team, and the amount has been transferred back to you and you accepted that you received at your end. our consistent support throughout your trip to Dubai, available to you day and night. We only charged for the hotel, Museum of the Future, and visa services which we already provided you. You are asking to provide more activities & transfers that you haven't paid for them. We have all the proofs So the future travellers can see.

They asked us about everything everyday till we reached hotel safely. Did we had a wonderful stay or need something else. Like everything was the best.
Nothing. Everything was too good.

Same day trip to Abudhabi was very exhausting in day time.. too hot
