Namaskaar Aapka service tho bohath bekar tha?? First day hamko le Jake bas ujjain hotel me chodiye bas . Temple ke pas just drop Karo bole tho bhi nai kare aur atleast dinner ka tho puchna na min (Read More)imum common sense vo bhi nai. Hotel was full of smoking cigarettes smell.and breakfast as if u were giving it for free daily only poha. Ujjain me bas kuch kuch ghuma liye rath me bhi dinner ka nai puchi nai leke bhi gaye. Maheshwar vo itna time pass karetheve driving Kara bas time waste hone ke liye hi halu. It was as if we went to stay in hotel rather than to see the place. Almost most of the time we were in hotel. Kuch bhi pucho vo yaha nai hai nai tho close hai. Omkareshwar he wantedly took us late. There was huge crowd he was cooking all stories to take through vip which didn't work. Indore we stayed for 2 complete days and how come your package mentions only 6 places. Hamare paise barbad hue bas kuch bhi place bolo vo yaha nai vaha nai.7 days package of it company and service is so worst . I will definitely be not suggesting anyone to travel with ur package. One more story cooked by ur driver was we can't travel with luggage in city which was clear that he was trying to fool us. He wantedly was stopping at far distance every where just to do timepass as simple as that.He was foolish us saying that gps is tracking we can't go as per our wish to places Try to give customers a proper service when u r taking so much money. Very highly unsatisfied with ur package

First of all I really want to say thanks to Mr. Hari for his great support he helped us a lot while planning our tour we had given trouble to him after his duty hours by calling early morning or at ni (Read More)ght time also for some issues during the tour but we appreciate his sincerity & hard work whenever we were calling he was immediately picking up the phone and handled issues very nicely. I had booked trip for Uttarakhand for 7 night 8 days From VMC Travels. Everything is arranged perfectly. All the Hotels as well as food was Very Good except hotel Nest at Dehradun we got a very bad experience in that hotel even I advised Mr. Hari not to give such hotel to anybody . Reetika thanks to you also. Really it was a memorable tour for us with VMC. Bus driver Mr. Balvinder ji & his assistant both of them were very nice & helpful.

Nainital kasuni Missouri trip

We have booked tempo Traveller but vehicle wasn't delivered as per promised as music system was not functioning, seats were not comfortable and was not moving back. aircondition was not functioning pr (Read More)operly. Vehicle was dirty and was not in proper condition .Driver was unaware and illiterate about roads. Admin didn't consider all these issues while taking full payment but they tried to harass us by stopping bus in middle for pending payment and before finishing journey. We have to wait for two hours in middle with small children's and senior citizen .my recommendation is don't go for it as they have ruined our trip.

As you Know May Month is Totally Peak Season for Uttarakhand Due to Char Dham Yatra Mostly Vehicle Already Booked for Chardham Yatra B (Read More)efore 04 Months, but we are Already Provided Tempo Traveler of 2016 Model condition was good.. and Sorry for Inconvenience, but Driver was very Cooperative with you, and the Main thing is you dont want to Pay your Balance Amount till the Last Day of Rs.18000/- you Already Hold in your Hand, Your Total Tour Was 10 Days but Driver Did not ask for Full Payment till Last Day After when you are Coming to Delhi on Last Day then Driver asked for Our Balance Payment then you Direct Denied for Payment then we are Stopped your Vehicle On Road, Because you was Not Agree to Pay your Balance Amount of Rs. 18000/-

The hotel at Haridwar (Park Roots) & Hotel Shubam at Dehradun were average and their service and ambiance were poor.Hotel Deep at Mussorie was located in Mall Road due to which we had to pay 200 bucks (Read More) for every entry and the road is closed from 4:30-10 pm. The driver was good but not familiar with the places. Mr.Harikrishna was responsive at all times.

Mussorie Lansdowne trip ruined by DRIVER!!!

Mr Hari was indeed helpful and highly professional in handling every issue . The arrangements and every other thing was done absolutely well. We enjoyed the Stay in Mussorie and Lansdowne. But whole (Read More) trip was ruined by the driver . I dont know where VMC found him. It was an absolute nightmare talking to him. He did not know the way to any place . He was asking random people on street. Even though I tried to help him through GPS. he was reluctant to listen and was going his own way and taking a U turn once he realized he was driving in the wrong direction. VMC gave us a list of sight seeing spots at every destination but our driver had none of those spots in his list. ( GOD knows who gave him the list) . Even though his expenses and parking and toll etc.. was included in the trip, he was continuously forcing us to pay. Even after paying him some cash , he refused to drive us to sight seeing spots . He didnt take us to many places giving the reason that vehicles are not allowed. ( Landour and Lal tibba in .mussorie )then we realised that his fear was parking fee!!! He never paid any parking fee in most of the places. ( just 30 to 40 rs MAx) instead parked the vehicle far away from every spot and made us walk. we suffered a lot since we also had a infant with us. He was very reluctant to even ,listen to Us . Arguing with him turned out to be useless. He also had the audacity to say that we had paid VMC and not him so i should be talking and complaining to them and not him. His driving was the worst of all. HE never had any concern for passsengers. His only aim was to reach the next destination as fast as possible. It was embarrassing to sit in a vehicle with a driver who had no regard for any traffic rules. He is totally unfit for Driving in a tour. This is my 7 th or 8th trip to uttarakhand , and all the drivers we had met were superb individuals, great conversationalists, Very empathetic people. many of them have become close friends and are still in touch. But this guy totally ruined it for us. I would suggest as a well wisher of Mr Hari and VMC that please avoid this guy if you want your customers to come back to you for their next holidays. But surely Mr, Hari helped us at every point and made the tour bearable. So his professionalism should be thoroughly appreciated. thank you.

We had a good trip and Reetika travel advisor took care of tour as per Itenary though we had issue with driver. He is not that co-operative and he did not take car upto the tour spots saying no parkin (Read More)g will be there however we seen may cars are parked at that spot. Also we had a time to cover couple of places in New Delhi but the driver did not show them. Overall the tour went very good except the driver cooperation

I had booked trip for munnar,ooty & kodaikanal through Mr. HARI KASHYAP. But booking was not confirmed in ooty hotel as there was confusion of dates in between tour agent & hotel people. We had to adj (Read More)ust in small room. In kodaikanal hotel also service quality & ambience provided by hotel was very poor. Inspite of this mr. HaRi was very rude n irresponsible towards us. Henceforth I would not recommend visit my culture tour agency to anyone.

The most disheartening thing is that VMC did not share itinerary details to respective driver. The accomodation provided is far away from the mentioned location. At Corbett view resort our hotel book (Read More)ing was not confirmed and we have to wait half an hour for booking confirmation,this was completely disgusting. At Ranikhet hotel parijat retreat was located 25 km from Ranikhet. the hotel was completely unsafe for new people's and doesn't have power back up. We spent almost one night without power. Overall our experience was not good. Hotels not provided as per our specification and standard. Location of hotels was far away from the mentioned spot. Not much clearity on sight seeing planning. Driver demands extra money for sightseeing. We are unhappy with VMC services and planning.

First of all we would like to thank reetika kriplani for arranging excellent memorable tour for us at affordable price. The hotel(Shanti home) arranged for us was very good including the staffs that w (Read More)ere available for their services at any moment. The tour cost us lesser compare to other travelling sites. only suggestion is to provide good driver who can guide properly and try to include maximum number of sites as possible(in our case we had to spend extra for visiting sites like Hemis & Thiksey monastery, Stok & Shey palace as time was available). Had an amazing experience with the travel itinerary arranged for us. Package cost and travel were really awesome. My friends who came along with the trip were very happy and also my relations friends (Read More)requesting for your Contact No and package detail. Happily shared with them. The only difficulty we faced is with the driver, often he is not cooperative with the amount which is to be paid to him. As per our package, we were insisted to pay a certain amount but the driver was often requesting us to pay extra 3000 to 4000 rs and if we rejected him he suddenly stopped the car and he requests us for the money. It would be great if the driver also been cooperative with us or it has to addressed with them earlier regarding the payment. But I could say the Travel Agent(Kashyap) was very kind and he guided me and resolved this issue. Thanks for your service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The hotels arranged were very nice. The Innova car was very clean. The driver was very courteous. The tour was covered as per the planned itinerary. The entire tour cos (Read More)t was lesser if you compare the pricing with other booking sites like mmt, Goibibo etc. The pricing was very good. Recommend to book from VMC instead of booking from other travel websites. You can enjoy your vacation and also same on the money.

All Point of contacts given by her including driver , were down to earth and serv (Read More)ed teir best! Well designed and planned and made sure on our comfort and we dint mis our flights as well! A very well experience to South, a full family package with such comfortable stays and awesome visits. Our complaints were well organized and solved well on time, even though Tamil Nadu had undergone (Read More)a full day strike still we had no issues and the trip continued well. The hotels were good and so was our cab was comfortable. Thank you for such awesome trip and memories that my family made. Disastrous Trip

I have selected visit my culture thru your site, but unfortunately the trip was disastrous. The agent was so careless that he booked old vehicle (Force Traveller) that doesn't have proper seating fac (Read More)ility and mostly no a/c in the vehicle, the driver was rogue! doesn't know how to talk with clients. We had very bad experience with this agent. Please do not recommend this agent to anyone and it will spoil your reputation. If any one of your agent call me i can explain better. through out 7 days of our journey, we travelled without A/C?????? in the vehicle.
