Bad experience with vimalhospitality(kashmir )….Extremely poor service! They were polite and responsive until the payment was made, but after that, they stopped answering calls and showed no interest (Read More)in resolving issue….. Hotel was not up to the mark(3 star)… check water(dirty water),sofa photo even food quality was very bad and you talking about taj level experience…they force client to give feedback so avoid insta feedback….

We had a trip with them. They were very supportive and prompt before advance payments, and suddenly after payment, in the trip the vimal team started not responding to the queries. The vehicle provide (Read More)d, the rooms were not to the mark of cost. Finally trips are of enjoyment if you get frustrated at the end of it there is no meaning. Better go with other options.

Very horrible hospitality and experience I would suggest if you want ur trip to nice n peaceful pls don't go throught this agency Half of the itenary destination are been closed or dried up as the k (Read More)erala driver also been mentioned us Secondly the hotels recommend doesn't have a good option of food availability some of the hotels has literally given rotten nonveg food Tushar who is known as the head of the vimal hospitality doens't have time to talk to u once u do the payment ....Ani guys I would suggest pls take proper gst bills with this agency as I haven't received a gst bill yet ....after asking multiple times "Tushar " mentioned we had a loss on your file so we can't give you gst bill even after paying the gst to them .....as you made loss or profit that non of the concern as per the laws you have to provide gst bills which they have failed to given On top of that he mentioned what will u do with the gst bill ...that was reply I received Also as soon as u start the trip the marketing person will call n say pls send us nice video and give feedback that so unprofessionalism to ask some one at the start of the trip The flight thing was really horrible they don't even have a planB to execute they directly say your flight has been cancelled if u wanna come pay extra we will book the flight ...or wait till the next day on your own expenses ... I preferably think they don't knw how hospitality exactly works Guys pls don't avail this hospitality agency for your ?

Worst Travel Experience – Highly Unprofessional & Rude Behavior I booked a trip to Ayodhya and Varanasi for my parents with this travel agency, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Initiall (Read More)y, they were very friendly and responsive until I made the full payment (which they demanded 15 days before the trip). However, once the trip started, their service completely changed. 1. Driver Not Available & Poor Coordination – They promised to share the driver’s contact before the trip. However, on the day of pickup, the driver was unresponsive early in the morning, leaving my parents stranded. 2. Extremely Rude & Disrespectful Behavior – When I called the agency to resolve the issue, the owner was very rude and disrespectful, especially towards me as a woman. He even told me to "shut down your phone and stop calling." This is completely unacceptable! 3. No Updates on Flight Delays – There was a flight delay, but they did not inform us at all. We had to figure it out ourselves. 4. Zero Customer Support After Payment – Once they received the full amount, they stopped caring about our concerns. They ignored my calls and failed to provide the service they had promised. Final Verdict: This agency is highly unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. They only care about taking your money and do not bother about the customer experience. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking any trips with them. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable agency instead!!

Experience is very bad Here are few details Accommodation: Accomodation is very bad food in hotel is not good , service of hotel is not good Travel: vehicle provided by them is also not in Good condit (Read More)ion, Tier of vehicle got burst 2 times while returning to Delhi due to which we miss our train Guide: Guide not provided by them, not a single spot is shown by their person In case of we miss train there is not any plan B , also Tushar cut the call after we call them that our train got missed also misbehave with us Location: Location of hotel not known by driver provided by them also the place where hotel located is very risky to travel Also we provide the feedback to Desai mam still any action not taken by them It all fraud
