We booked cab rental service through vacation holidays, everything was going well until we reached nanital where the driver informed us that the cab won't enter inside nanital region coz of rules ther (Read More)e. We felt cheated then as the agent Bhawna with whom I was coordinating never informed us about this and we ended up paying taxi fares for even reaching out hotel. The agent never communicated all this with us and made us pay in advance . I asked her on phone many times if any hidden charges or any issues that will arise later pls inform us earlier. She denied all said she has informed us everything and made us pay in advance before the trip began. The agency cheats their customers never trust them. Edited to reply: Bhawna never asked me my hotel details. Also when I spoke to someone else on another number they replied saying since I did not make hotel bookings with them they did not inform me too and just disconnected the call.
We had booked the Vaccination Holidays for our kedarnath trip, and it was a good experience. When they asked for complete tour charges before starting trip we thought it might be a fraud or something (Read More)but treated them as we didn't had any option and they are genuine. We had problem only at kedarnath regarding the stay but Abhijeet had solved that in few hours.

Just one suggestion for team: please try to break the trip cost in some parts or instalment during the trip days otherwise everything was good will definitely pick the vacation holidays for our next year chardham family trip
