Trip to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar
Even written promises were not fulfilled.AC of car was rarely on.Premere house boat was to be given but third class house boat in remote area was given.Shikara person was mental and inspite of repeate (Read More)d requests he was not changed.He was smoking and exhaling on the face of kids.He pushed our kid and denied to board the Shikara.Representative never contacted us inspite of our repeated requests.

We had a really good experience with uprise tour and travels. Luckily we got their manager (Altaf) itself as our driver. He was so kind and friendly. He helped us to escape from a scam at gulmarg. Peo (Read More)ple going from south who doesn't know Hindi can trust this tourism blindly, they will provide driver with good english speaking skill and make all the arrangements properly. All things are done best and better than same as in itinerary. Well behavior of staff with customers. Most important staff guides me about the places where to visit and aware the rates of local and al (Read More)so suggest me to bargain which is very helpful. I'm vegan so everytime provide only veg food. Overall all things are nicely done and the best part is boathouse and sikara ride which completes everyone trip of kashmir.
