A bit confusing and difficult to follow up via email. This well established travel agency had no idea that the Taj is free on Ramadan after 7 AM, as it has for a number of years. I tried to get there (Read More)by dawn. There was a problem with the CC machine. Eventually, someone from the ticket office suggested to wait a few minutes to get in free, as a Ramadan gift to everyone. The agency owner is a nice person who does his best to give his customers a memorable travel experience. His prices are competitive and the driver assigned was a pro.

We had a complicated itinerary with different groups but everything was arranged perfectly - meet and greet at airport and station, train tic (Read More)kets, cars and guides. I really would recommend Vishal and Unisafe Tours. He took care of me during my first trip to India (I was a single lady, too!). Had an amazing experience and saw Agra. I skipped out on the Delhi tour (Read More) only because I needed to be elsewhere sooner than expected, but I'm sure that it would have been great, too.
