It was a good Trip. Their coordination and cooperation was very very good.Transport through the ferry was done in economy section which was not good at all. Accommodation was so so u can say good. I enjoyed the entire trip so feel it was value for money. Thanks for everything.
Trip to Port Blair
Nothing. They are worst at organising and execution of a travel itinerary
We booked a 6N/7D Andaman package with Umang Travel Agency and had a very disappointing experience due to multiple promised services not being delivered.
Several items included in the original itinerary were either changed or completely missed without proper prior confirmation. These included hotel substitutions, hotel-to-jetty drop not provided, and Ross Island tickets not being booked in Port (Read More) Blair. When we calculated the difference for these undelivered services, it came to ₹6,340, which the agency has still not satisfactorily resolved.
Communication after payment was poor, and we had to repeatedly follow up for clarifications and adjustments. For a “local DMC,” we expected smoother coordination and transparency, but instead faced last-minute changes that caused unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a jolly trip.
I would advise future travellers to carefully verify every inclusion in writing, reconfirm services daily, and not rely blindly on package promises. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Umang Travel Agency.

All things are good and up to routine
Seven seas hotel on Port blair is so poor in accommodation as facilities are below than any normal hotel and behaviour of the owner is strange. Rest havelock accommodation are well good.
One of the trek Munda Pahar is closed for one month but we are sent to that place just to map the road so sightseeing is not that great but rest all trip plans are well executed. Thanks to Mohit.
Trip to Neil Island, Port Blair
The travel agency is good. But there is a lot scope of improvement
Stay in port blair was not upto the expectation and stay in Havelock was also not good.. rooms were ok and lot of bugs and cockroachs in the room. We have to followup for the travel plan. They have proposed Nautika ferry but booked green ocean economy which is cheaper. The cost is on higher side
