We travelled to Singapore with our family of 8 members, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was well planned, we were able to cover all the places as expected, and the package price also seemed reasonable. All pickups and drop-offs were arranged on time as communicated in advance, which made our trip smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement would be providing a littl (Read More)e more guidance at each drop-off, such as the order of places to visit, how to get around, and how to reach the next attraction or pickup point. This would help us explore more confidently and make the most of our time. Overall, we are happy with the arrangements and appreciate the team's support in making our family trip memorable!

Trip to Singapore

I liked the way how they have arranged everything on time very punctual
The only feedback I have is regarding the mobile number on my ticket. It was different from my actual number and had only 9 digits. I had a power bank in my luggage, and at the airport, the security team was trying to contact me to unlock my bag so they could remove and destroy it. However, they were calling the wrong number. Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called while I was boarding (Read More). We then opened my bag over a video call so they could locate and remove the power bank. That moment was quite stressful and caused a lot of panic, especially since we had only 15 minutes left for boarding.
