I liked the professionalism of Trekhops.They were always available through what’s app while we were travelling and were very cooperative. While making the itinerary also they were flexible in giving us myriad options as per our budget and advised us dos and dont’s. I would choose them again for my next trip.

My bizzare experience in phuket with trekhops Yes, the company is good at sales but lot of things are hidden and not shared with people so that inquiries don't walk away. I had explained my requirement over the call and went ahead with the booking. The actual picture started post booking. They formed a group where people added gave least or jo knowledge about the place or anything about the tr (Read More)ip. Secondly, they'll use their tricks to make sure you spend more with them. I was asked to upgrade to hotel and asked to pay more. After reaching the hotel, it made me feel that I have been tricked. It has no view and top of that I was asked to pay the deposit which never conveyed during the booking. Also, the operation team doesn't even if there are any charges for tourist at the airport or not. No enough activities were added to itinerary. I don't know what they have done with the package. I'm not going to stop until I find a solution to this. Everyone Please stay away from such companies. Better go with someone who has a subject knowledge.
