Trip to Ladakh

The Delhi Leh flight was cancelled & agent informed immediately. There were road closures due to bad weather and I couldn't visit Pangong Lake. The agent did not give the proper deduction for these. In addition, the airport drop was cancelled by them.
The unseasonal bad weather hampered my trip. The agent did not give discount for the missed tour/stay & there was an issue when I asked for it. As a result, they did not provide the airport drop at the end. The cost was only Rs 500 but it speaks volumes about their attitude.
