I found On ease on holidify. Nice place. Manali hotel is ok because there was no lift facility and Shimla hotel is good. Mostly the best, our driver brother made our trip very good
I like the everything.. Manali hotel lift was missing so that is lil disappointment for me

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appallingly poor level of service delivered during our recent trip (June 14th – June 22nd), which stands in stark contrast to the commitments made at the time of booking. The overall experience was not just disappointing — it was a complete failure in execution, professionalism, and basic customer service. The most unacceptable incident o (Read More)ccurred during the checkout at our Kasol hotel, where we were publicly humiliated due to the negligence and false assurances of your representative, Mr. Kewal Kumar. Let me be absolutely clear: this individual’s conduct and incompetence were directly responsible for the embarrassment and chaos we faced. In our view, Mr. Kumar is not an asset to your organization — he is a liability whose actions damage customer trust and your company’s reputation. The situation at Chandratal was even more egregious. Despite clear advance communication and full prepayment, we arrived to find no accommodation arranged. This was not a minor oversight — it was a critical failure at a key stop in our itinerary. No alternative arrangements of equal quality were offered, no timely communication was made, and no accountability was shown. We were left to scramble for shelter, wasting over four hours of each traveler's time and being forced to secure last-minute accommodation at inflated rates. To support our claims, we have already submitted verifiable evidence, including recordings of Mr. Jamaica from Jamaica Camps at Chandratal. These materials were shared with your team via the WhatsApp group managed by Mr. Kewal Kumar. In addition, the quality of accommodations across the trip was consistently substandard: • Narkanda: Dirty linens, requiring repeated requests for replacement. • Sangla: Poor itinerary planning — no suggestion for a stay at the far superior Chitkul. • Kaza: No electricity on arrival — no phone charging, no hot water for bathing. • Manali: Hotel was in deplorable condition — seepage on walls, unsanitary washrooms with dirty water, torn curtains, exposed cleaning equipment, and overall filth. These issues collectively represent not only a breach of contract but also a serious lapse in basic duty of care. We trusted your company with our time, money, and memories — and what we received was a string of unprofessional, careless failures. We now expect the following without delay: 1. A full written explanation addressing how such failures occurred and who is accountable. 2. An immediate refund of the Chandratal camping charges. 3. Fair compensation for the undue stress, loss of time, and expenses incurred due to your mismanagement. Please treat this as a final notice and a formal escalation. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided within 5 business days, we will be compelled to take this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels, public platforms, and, if required, legal means. We sincerely hope you take this seriously and act with the urgency this matter demands — not just to rectify our experience, but to ensure that future customers are spared such mistreatment.

I entrusted them through Travel Triangle—but it was a nightmare. At first, they promise luxury: star-rated hotels, full amenities, comfortable transport. Once you pay, the real picture emerges: Last-minute taxi & seating: You get stuck in an uncomfortable front seat on a bus booked just before departure, so you can't protest. Poor hotels: They book unclean, unhygienic rooms with no amenities (Read More)—not what was promised. Forced acceptance: When you complain, they offer a “better” alternative—but still substandard. You’re too exhausted and pressured to push further, so you reluctantly agree. Surprise charges: Then they demand extra payment for that inferior hotel—and you have no choice but to pay, or you’ll be stranded. Abandoned en route: The cab driver may ditch you mid-journey, claiming the agent hasn’t paid them. False refunds: They pretend to resolve issues—giving you false hope by saying “Mr. Kewal from Travel on Ease will fix it in an hour”—but it’s only harassment. Emotional torture: They wreck your trip, repeatedly disappoint you, emotionally manipulate you, and destroy your vacation memories—while Travel Triangle stands by them. And I’m not alone.
