This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. If you are even thinking of booking with Travel On Ease, stop right now. What they do is take money, make fake promises, and then completely abandon you.
The booking was done months in advance. They were very responsive while collecting the advance payment—after that, total silence. As the travel date came closer, getting a respons (Read More)e from them became a nightmare. Endless calls, messages, follow-ups—you have to chase them for every single thing. They do not respond unless you harass them, and even then, they give vague, useless answers.
When the trip finally happened, the reality was shocking and disgusting.
The accommodation provided was nothing like the pictures shown during booking. Those photos are clearly fake or taken years ago. What we got was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. Calling it “bad” would be generous. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and honestly unsafe.
Despite paying for a full private booking, we were suddenly told at the last moment that only part of what we booked could be used. No explanation. No apology. Just a casual “this is how it is.” When we objected, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. Zero responsibility. Zero ownership.
To make things even more outrageous, we were forced to pay extra ON THE SPOT just to access what we had already paid for. This felt less like a travel service and more like being held hostage after payment.
The amount charged was premium-level pricing, but the delivery was worse than budget, worse than roadside, worse than imaginable. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this experience to someone I dislike.
This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and irresponsible. They ruin vacations, waste money, and cause extreme mental stress. Travel On Ease should not be allowed to operate if this is how they treat customers.

Travel On Ease – Worst Experience Ever (Scam Alert)
Travel On Ease is completely unreliable and appears to scam customers. I booked a customized trip through them, and Neha and Sahil Kapoor were the people responsible for arranging and coordinating everything for my trip.
The trip was supposed to start from Delhi on December 24, but they failed to provide any proper updates or confirmations. (Read More) Despite repeatedly contacting Neha and Sahil for three days, I was only told, “we’ll update you later.” On December 24, the day the trip was supposed to begin, they completely ghosted me.
They went back on their own itinerary. Initially, Neha confirmed that I would have a dedicated cab for the entire trip. However, without any prior notice, the cab driver suddenly informed us that he would drop us only till Chandigarh, and another driver would take over. That second driver never arrived.
There was no communication from Neha, Sahil, or Travel On Ease regarding this change in plan. We were left stranded in Chandigarh, and despite continuous calls and messages, none of them responded. They had created a WhatsApp group for updates, but no one replied there either.
Eventually, I had to book another hotel on my own for safety. The entire trip was ruined, and since I had already paid in advance, I suffered a total financial loss.
I would strongly advise against using Travel On Ease, especially if you are new to the area, traveling solo, or as a couple. Being left stranded like this was extremely scary and unsafe.
I am also filing a formal complaint against them for unprofessional conduct.

The good thing was I did not need to think about any booking. All were done before so I only enjoyed the trip. Moreover, if anyone is coming with family like children or old parents this approach is good. Travel on ease staffs were prompt to reply in WhatsApp whenever I asked any query or anything. Moreover, the payment also was in installment which is good as you will have trust and slowly you ca (Read More)n pay throughout the journey. Travel on ease staffs are kind enough to call everyday to ask if everything is going well or not.
One thing which has room for improvement is that I am not 100% happy with the driver. I had to tell him to cover all the sight seeings otherwise he was ready to skip some of the places. But it is his job to cover all the places written in itenary. Moreover, he did not come to drop in railway station and told me to take an auto which I did.

The itinerary which they confirm.. after getting some money.. they start saying this property not available now .. or this flight not available..
If you opting (Read More)for this traveller do at your own risk... As there are high chance that your trip will come up with bad experiences...
We planned 8 days long trip and all went with connecting with them and arguing ... For payment they will call again and again but when you call after paying amount for, if something goes wrong in trip from there end... Then they will not respond on time or just say sorry... Or there a typo in itinerary we meant non AC rooms and not ac ones... In short very bad experience with them.

I found On ease on holidify. Nice place. Manali hotel is ok because there was no lift facility and Shimla hotel is good. Mostly the best, our driver brother made our trip very good
I like the everything.. Manali hotel lift was missing so that is lil disappointment for me

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appallingly poor level of service delivered during our recent trip (June 14th – June 22nd), which stands in stark contrast to the commitments made at the time of booking. The overall experience was not just disappointing — it was a complete failure in execution, professionalism, and basic customer service.
The most unacceptable incident o (Read More)ccurred during the checkout at our Kasol hotel, where we were publicly humiliated due to the negligence and false assurances of your representative, Mr. Kewal Kumar. Let me be absolutely clear: this individual’s conduct and incompetence were directly responsible for the embarrassment and chaos we faced. In our view, Mr. Kumar is not an asset to your organization — he is a liability whose actions damage customer trust and your company’s reputation.
The situation at Chandratal was even more egregious. Despite clear advance communication and full prepayment, we arrived to find no accommodation arranged. This was not a minor oversight — it was a critical failure at a key stop in our itinerary. No alternative arrangements of equal quality were offered, no timely communication was made, and no accountability was shown. We were left to scramble for shelter, wasting over four hours of each traveler's time and being forced to secure last-minute accommodation at inflated rates.
To support our claims, we have already submitted verifiable evidence, including recordings of Mr. Jamaica from Jamaica Camps at Chandratal. These materials were shared with your team via the WhatsApp group managed by Mr. Kewal Kumar.
In addition, the quality of accommodations across the trip was consistently substandard:
• Narkanda: Dirty linens, requiring repeated requests for replacement.
• Sangla: Poor itinerary planning — no suggestion for a stay at the far superior Chitkul.
• Kaza: No electricity on arrival — no phone charging, no hot water for bathing.
• Manali: Hotel was in deplorable condition — seepage on walls, unsanitary washrooms with dirty water, torn curtains, exposed cleaning equipment, and overall filth.
These issues collectively represent not only a breach of contract but also a serious lapse in basic duty of care. We trusted your company with our time, money, and memories — and what we received was a string of unprofessional, careless failures.
We now expect the following without delay:
1. A full written explanation addressing how such failures occurred and who is accountable.
2. An immediate refund of the Chandratal camping charges.
3. Fair compensation for the undue stress, loss of time, and expenses incurred due to your mismanagement.
Please treat this as a final notice and a formal escalation. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided within 5 business days, we will be compelled to take this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels, public platforms, and, if required, legal means.
We sincerely hope you take this seriously and act with the urgency this matter demands — not just to rectify our experience, but to ensure that future customers are spared such mistreatment.

Adding to the response from Travel Agent:
I, hereby, place on record my complete disagreement with the facts and claims presented by the vendor.
It is important to clarify that the shift in hotel accommodation at Kasol was arranged at significantly cheaper rates, as we had directly negotiated with the hotel and duly communicated the updated rates to TravelOnEase. If those revised rates were not acceptable to TravelOnEase, it was their responsibility to inform us immediately. In that event, we would have either proceeded with a direct booking ourselves or requested an alternative arrangement through them.
At this stage, we are only seeking reimbursement of the extra amount of ₹15,000/-, which we were compelled to spend personally. We are not claiming any additional compensation for the mismanagement, downgrade in hotel categories, or the harassment and inconvenience caused to us during our stay in Kasol.

I entrusted them through Travel Triangle—but it was a nightmare. At first, they promise luxury: star-rated hotels, full amenities, comfortable transport. Once you pay, the real picture emerges:
Last-minute taxi & seating: You get stuck in an uncomfortable front seat on a bus booked just before departure, so you can't protest.
Poor hotels: They book unclean, unhygienic rooms with no amenities (Read More)—not what was promised.
Forced acceptance: When you complain, they offer a “better” alternative—but still substandard. You’re too exhausted and pressured to push further, so you reluctantly agree.
Surprise charges: Then they demand extra payment for that inferior hotel—and you have no choice but to pay, or you’ll be stranded.
Abandoned en route: The cab driver may ditch you mid-journey, claiming the agent hasn’t paid them.
False refunds: They pretend to resolve issues—giving you false hope by saying “Mr. Kewal from Travel on Ease will fix it in an hour”—but it’s only harassment.
Emotional torture: They wreck your trip, repeatedly disappoint you, emotionally manipulate you, and destroy your vacation memories—while Travel Triangle stands by them.

Only driver was good
I deeply regret booking my trip with Travel On Ease. Initially, Nidhi appeared helpful – only until the payment was made. The moment the tickets were booked, she disappeared without any communication. When I needed crucial pre-trip support, both Nidhi and Keval Kumar went completely unresponsive, ignoring calls and messages. It was only after 48 hours of silence and raising a formal complaint with (Read More) TravelTriangle that another agent stepped in to assist. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.
Once the trip started, things only got worse. The driver demanded cash – something I wasn’t informed about beforehand. When I contacted Keval for clarity, he casually told me to hand over the money and assured he would “settle it later.” When I asked him to update this on the TravelTriangle portal before paying, he became reluctant and even threatened that the driver would stop the vehicle and I would face problems. This behavior is highly unprofessional and coercive.
The hotel arrangements were another disaster. Nidhi had specifically promised a Valley View Room at Hotel Mongas, but we were given a room without even a balcony – completely opposite of what was committed.
The hotel booked in Amritsar was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Faulty flush, no hand towels, a TV that never worked, and an AC that made so much noise it was unusable – I had to resort to the ceiling fan instead. Giving a low hotel rating is unavoidable considering how pathetic the conditions were.
The most embarrassing part of this entire ordeal was when the hotel started calling me directly for pending payments. Despite making full payment upfront the moment I got in the cab, Travel On Ease failed to transfer money to the hotels on time. I cannot explain how awkward and frustrating it was to have hotel receptionists chase me for dues that weren’t my responsibility at all.
I have no complaints about the driver, who did his job well. But the way this trip was handled by Travel On Ease, especially by Nidhi and Keval Kumar, was completely unprofessional, deceptive, and careless. I would strongly warn others against booking through them if you want a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I have paid the full amount, but I am not satisfied with the service. ( My package is tour of Himachal pradesh including Manali-Kullu, Shimla-Kufri and Amritsar). We are 7 person (5 adult and 2 children). We are all very frustrated. The driver kept asking for extra money every time.
For example, when we went to Mall Road in Manali to buy a cake for my bhabhi’s birthday as a surprise, the driver (Read More) asked for an additional ₹500. Every time, the driver (Mr. Rajesh) demanded extra money.
We do not recommend this service to anyone. We had a very bad experience with both the driver and the travel consultant, Mr. Kewal.
I am also sharing the contact numbers of both the driver and the consultant. I strongly suggest you take strict action against them, or they will damage the reputation of Travel Triangle.

Worst experience, never use Travel on Ease. TOTAL waste!
Booked a trip for 10 days for ladakh and srinagar. Agent called Keval, . He confirmed he has made all bookings for hotel and cabs, and all payments are completed. However, all hotels confirmed no payments were made, and we had to reach out to the agent to even check in into the hotel. The earlier contract was that the agent will pay to the (Read More)driver for the whole trip. However, the driver and his union representative also denied receiving any payment at all. The agent on the other hand pestered us at all times to pay up the whole amount.
We were almost held hoastage by the driver and hotels alike to clear the payment. We had to pay to the hotels/driver just to be able to proceed further, despite having made the whole payment to the agent already. We also have confirmations from the hotels that no advance was ever paid and same was communicated over the mail to the agent.

Trip to Himachal Pradesh
Overall a good trip with flexibility. Hotels were mostly located well, especially at Shimla, Dharamshala & Amritsar. The cab was good and the driver was polite and efficient. The quality of food, excepting Banikhet (Dalhousie) was excellent and was provided Non-vegetarian food, whenever requested, without any additional charges.
Lack of Transparency. Pickup from Chandigarh Airport (where their representative was supposed to meet) and drop off at Amritsar, by UBER Cabs were never informed. Waited for almost 1 hour at Chandigarh airport and organised the UBER cab myself at Amritsar for going to airport. However both payments were done by them. Wish they clearly inform this beforehand, as our package was end to end. Secondly (Read More), we had to spend much more than the estimated expenses, as informed during our telephonic discussions. Finally a single point contact would have helped.

The driver was pathetic arrogant responsible I don't have any words from his name is Mohan Kumar I haven't see seen such kind of driver in my life he don't even know what are the places in Manali Shimla and Kullu to visit rather than I would have to guide the driver that visa the places are there in Manali please go there and proper step so we can have a enjoy

The hotel owners are asking you for the payment because the travel agent hasn't made any payment to the hotel owners why I have to follow with me as I have already paid the total payment from my other travel triangle app that travel agent should take follow up and make the payment but the owner is asking me that we have not received payment and you can't check out what kind of service how they can hold me that travel agent hasn't make a payment to them and their asking me like that and I have to call the travel agent because from the hotel owner I have to back the travel agent that please make payment I have to check out and I have to go to the next destination
The third lie is that even even for the driver payment I would have have to call to the travel agent that please make payment for the driver because the driver is not going from that point he has stopped vehicle he is arguing with that the vehicle will move from here only when the travel agent make payment I have a flight on 3:30 p.m. I have to reach by there but travel was not listening if you want to call your trip then please go with this company if you have any doubt to me on this number I will guide you and I will tell you that how bad company

The good thing about the entire trip was the driver who was assigned, Chandraban ji made the trip more fun with all the stories and amazing driving skills…! He made sure that we visit all the super cool places and ate all the amazing food on our way. Best thing he was always just a call away and managed to keep us safe. Overall had an amazing experience. :)

The well planned itinerary helped us to enjoy the places. Once the trip started, Travelon Ease provided good support and guide. Experienced snow fall on the first day itself that will be cherished for ever. Travelon Ease helped us with last minute change in the itinerary, due to closure of road to solang.
Nothing specific, however, post booking communications could have been better. Could not visit Solang as the road was closed, our bad luck.

No proper response from travel ease. They booked worst ever hotels for us and very bad driver. We could not see any location properly in the itinerary. Driver not aware of the location. Hotel six seasons regency in Manali is worst and the staff are rude. Sahil and Neha from Travel ease are not responsive and they disconnect our calls in the middle while communicating our problems. They never give (Read More)attention to our issues. They want only money. After paying money, they don't care. I don't recommend travel ease and don't recommend holidify as well because of giving such a bad travel agency reference.

They have taken complete responsibility for Flight, Hotels and Cab service entire my trip to Delhi, Shimla and Manali.
Driver Ravinder Pal was excellent in driving and locations places. I took 3 star hotels with nice View points buffet breakfast and Dinner.

9 days was perfect. But on 10th day when we asked them that we want to visit wagah border for 2nd time as previous day we couldn't see from start they were not ready asked us to pay extra. My point was we missed completely dalhousie because it was snowing
We asked as a compensation. But they were not ready to do that for 60km up and down together. Worst behaviour. Will you refund money for da (Read More)lhousie because we dint see anything? No. Sooo much argument happened on that 10th day. Our mood was totally off. Worst worst worst. We paid extra later because they blackmailed saying they won't pay hotel bill. So they wanted us to get stuck their and miss our flight. And driver was ok in guiding... but was Always on phone. 99% of times on phone. Single hand driving. Its sooo scary. He might be expert but still need to follow rules at least some times. Worst experience by the end. I have put above.

Terrible Service – Avoid This Travel Agent! I strongly advise AGAINST booking with this travel agent. I found their contact through Holidify, but my experience has been TOTALLY disappointing. Payment Issues (12/11/2024): I made the payment on 12/11/2024 for 4-star hotels that were mutually agreed upon. Howev (Read More)er, after receiving the payment, Kewal stopped responding to my messages, as evident in our chat history. Sahil also stopped providing proper responses and ignored my queries. I had to follow up with them almost daily for over a month just to get my booking confirmation. 2. Downgraded Bookings: After a month of continuous calls and messages, I finally received confirmation, but the hotels booked were 2-star or lower—completely different from what was promised. 3. Overpriced Rates: Their rates are highly inflated, charging nearly 2.5 times the actual price. You can book the same or better accommodations at much cheaper rates elsewhere. 4. Final Recommendation: DO NOT BOOK with this travel agent. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and overcharging make them highly unreliable. It's a spam guys, please do not book from this. They can cut the nights automatically, if you stuck in some situations 0 help. Person involved in was kewal, sahil.
I have booked for 7N8D from which they gave 5N,another 1N I paid from my pocket which they don't count as I got stuck in weather conditions and it's n (Read More)ot their responsibility as per them.Also they didn't even complete the places which was requested on itinerary.
Plus they reduced one night without prior information and asking to book hotel on your own pocket as they don't care about your itinerary which you paid for.
Guy Kewal and sahil are like illiterate and non properly educated they talked like they have given money and I am begging for free services. Such unprofessional team and company.
