Worst travel company ever
I am one of the traveller who booked srinagar to manali package from this company.
This company is worst in tour management
They should Learn something from their mistakes
Customers safety an (Read More)d service should be your comapnys first priority but your company runs on a policy of just making money in any way possible...
You guys dont even care about the life of people who had booked trip with you guys...
You guys send a bike with no spoke plate and put my life in danger. The tyre could have burst out and i could have fall at high speed
Why the hell you took booking from a couple if you want to send a drunken and smoker backup person with them
You send people to remote areas without any network with such people and tell yourself a travel company..
Shutdown your services immediately if you cant take responsibility of your wrong doings..
You guys just try to earn money in any way possible.
Their was no advance booking done at any hotels at any place during the entire trip..
And in case their is a schedule change because of weather problem they charge you extra for everything..
If you dont have done booking at any place in advance by taking our money 3 months before then why the hell you charged us again for the same nights stay
And for return they book a worst bus with cheapest ticket and in that bus they booked the last tickets which has the lowest cost to buy.
If you are taking money in 3 months advance you should have purchased the best bus with best seats in them.
This company is just a money making fraudster company with no care for the traveller.
At sarchu we reached by 11 pm after riding through a heavy snowstorm and their was no room booked for us and we were made to stay at a under maintenance camp and we were made to eat half cooked rice with dal... no other food was provided and also their was no hot water and the camps manager was shouting at the travellers like he was doing a favour for free...
The manager/owner of the company doesn't even took any responsibility of their wrong doings..
Cheapest mindset of just earning money and no care for the customers service..

Recently we have completed Leh Ladakh trip with Travelocate, It was great experience with them they are full team of knowledgeable people. Tashi is the owner who help and take care of small small issu (Read More)es if there is any. All the hotels provided were really good. Togochey was the best one in Leh. We were assigned Marshals RD and Ishan they are very good and knowledgeable guys with their mechanic Rohit. You can book your journey with them without any hesitation.
